The media could not be loaded. This trampoline is awesome!!! I've been searching several months for a well built trampoline for my sons. I needed a trampoline where my sons could do flips and tumbles..., and a trampoline that's well built, sturdy, with an excellent bounce and that will last for many years..., and a trampoline that's big enough for multiple kids. In the past 5 years, we've owned 3 different trampolines. The other brands looked nice, had nice photos, but the quality only lasted 1-2 years, then I'd have to buy replacement parts, which became costly. After owning the Galactic Xtreme for 2 months, I can honestly say that the bounce quality is the best of any other trampolines we've owned. My sons are on this trampoline all day. My eldest is 6', 170lbs. Youngest is 5'9", 150lbs. They love doing flips and having their friends over. At any given time, there are at least 2-5 kids on the trampoline, and it didn't seem to faze the structure of the trampoline. The thickness and construction of the frame tube suggests that this trampoline is built to last. The 156 spring count was by far the highest of any trampoline I had researched online. The 156 long, thick coiled spring gives the trampoline a very springy responsive bounce The trampoline was fairly easy to assemble. The frame is very thick and heavy, so I'd suggest this be at least a 2 person job. It took me and my sons close to 2.5 hours to complete. We did have an issue putting the legs together, but when I called customer support, they were very knowledgeable and personable. The photos on the instruction manual were helpful. If your kids are into gymnastics, cheerleading or sports, I would recommend this Galactic Xtreme trampoline! Well worth every penny! ... show more

We purchased the 14x16' trampoline due to the size and weight capacity for our teenage kids. We have high winds up on the mountain, and was worried about the trampoline blowing away. We purchased all of the recommended tie downs and spikes and to our surprise, the trampoline has held up well. We have had 50 mph wind gust and she is standing strong!! The only complaint with the product was the trampoline did not come with instructions, so we had to download them off the website, and the net opening has a poorly designed door. I seam ripped the bottom of the net door. It would pull down the net when the kids go in and out. Great product, highly recommend this trampoline! ... show more

Ok; to be fair- I would rate this product 5 stars- lots of love and time has made our trampoline look this ragged. 3 years to be exact. I’m looking for a replacement mat, pads and netting, but am unable to find any information about replacement parts. Can anyone help me?

So much fun!!!! Trampoline base amazing and sturdy!!! Jump pad has held up so damn well! Hours and hours and hours of fun! Have had it for years has hosted many kid and adult packed hours of fun! Net was garbage immediately! The flimsy design of the top of it is garbage. Think ahead on set up and tape the parts that are meant to flex easily apart for set up together might have saved it. Other than that absolutely amazing! Best design structure I have ever ever seen in a trampoline and we have owned many! Have had to purchase 3-4 a year typically! Best investment ever!!!!! This trampoline was the ULTIMATE Christmas present. My husband and I were able to assemble in about 2.5 hours. Perfect size for our family of 6, kids ages 11, 9, 7, and 6. I would highly recommend this company, they provided a very detailed assembly guide and great communication with the delivery process. I gave 4 stars because we were missing 3 bolts, thankfully we had spares that were able to replace the missing ones. ... show more

Our child is 10 and is in to Gymnastics big time! She had a 12’ diameter round trampoline but could barely clear 2 backflips. We bought this to extend her run way….. and it massively changed her floor routine! She uses this giant trampoline to work ideas for the floor routine but also her jumps/flips and challenges her to add additional dismount options! The picture shows my husband 6’2” and 250#! He jumps on this with 0 issues. Delivery went absolutely AMAZING! Truck pulls up, has a pallet jack, lifts up the box on the pallet and takes it in the garage. Set up we did in stages… took about 2 weeks only able to work on it every 3 days or so. I wish the ladder was better, we are building steps because the ladder gets hot in the sun and is narrow ledges Ps we had to pour cement in the ground, use bull bars and chain to hold it down. We live in a gusty area. But!!!! We use a truck strap to our zero turn to move it to mow! It’s heavy!! ... show more

Little Bit of miscommunication with the delivery company after confirming a delivery date, waiting then calling again they assigned us a new delivery date, but we bought this trampoline during the covid19 epidemic. Great Trampoline, Made very well & also very sturdy. Took about 6.5 hours to put together, with 3 Adults.Biggest trampoline I've ever put together. Directions where somewhat confusing, upon reading they indicated directions for 4-5 diffident models of trampolines they sell. Towards the end of construction there where a few minor steps that they forgot. Directions would have been easier to follow if they where just for the Trampoline we bought. I really don't think it would be that hard to separate. Overall great trampoline & very sturdy! ... show more

Very impressed by the attention to detail on this, but then they use plastic clips on the bottom of the net that attach to the springs which so far 4 have broken within the first hour of use. Seriously? 2k for a trampoline, high quality on every other level, and now I have to purchase some metal replacement clips to repair a 1 hour old trampoline. Should have been metal in the first place. UPDATE: After week 1, we are now at about 15 clips broken, and several springs stretched out of shape. Even after all this, no one has contacted me about any of this. Seriously beginning to regret my investment! ... show more
