The media could not be loaded. Works well, attachments have good suction except the little crevice brush, suction drops way down when that’s added so not sure how much help that will be. Filter was not that easy to clean; tried the provided brush, a toothpick and a tiny brush I had, all with soapy water, but there was still dust caught in the crevices. The compartment was kind of hard to open and put back. I felt I was forcing it and the other side is only held on by a tiny plastic lip, so seems like that could possibly break off over time. The picture of provided parts shows 4 pieces, but I got an additional attachment so bonus! Its sturdy plastic and came already charged; there’s a light also. ... show more

While Absob was unknown to me as a vacuum brand, I decided to go for it over the more obvious choices from Black & Decker, Bissell, Shark, etc. Reviews were promising and the value was there with special holiday pricing. Turned out to be a really good choice...well constructed, decent/solid suction, has a built in task light which is helpful for dark corners, came with handy attachments and extra hepa(!) filter, has a decent run time and recharges fairly quickly, and has a one year warranty. Even the box it came in was well made proving pride-of-product from Absob. I deducted a star for the dim task light and decent/average suction. That being said, I am happy with the Absob and would recommend it. Great looking as well... UPDATE: I recently took the vacuum apart to clean the filter with the supplied dust brush and was struck again by the solid/tight fitting construction and the quality of the hepa filter. The filter is impressive with its dense honeycomb to trap dust particles which will lead to less suction for doing it's job as mentioned in the pamphlet. For this reason I am adding a star since I didn't heed Absob's warning and let the dust bin fill up more than I should have. This is not just a good handheld, it is a great one! ... show more

Quality product. Performance wasn't very good. From the tip of the nozzle to vacuum body is very long. I believe this what's allowing so much loss of suntion. I had to return. Effectiveness was acceptable for my needs.

This vacuum works really well, good suction, battery life, charging ability, nice cleaning/brush attachments etc. It can be a little difficult removing the debris canister, but I’m able to do it pretty quickly.
