The Copier can easily read/write some tags however when it comes to encrypted you are directed to use the software that comes pre installed on the device along with windows to successfully copy. When connected via USB the scanner is unable to read any card or fob. After several days of failed attempts I am giving up.     • Does not work as advertised
The product does not read cards like is stated in the description. There were not any instructions provided, I happened to have found them while connected via USB. The software was in Vietnamese and had to use google translate to find the setting to change it to English. While reader is connected to USB and using software, nothing happens. You see the timer counting but it never connects to the unit. Had potential to be an excellent tool. ... show more

    • Works great for my needs
This is working perfectly for my needs but I'm only using the basic functions of read and simulate. I tested some of the other features and everything worked but the write mode and I believe it's because of the cheap HID cards I had on hand and not an issue with the device.
