    • A great bidet at an excellent price

I have been using a bidet for years. As a wheelchair user, it is important to me to be able to do as much personal care as possible and a bidet allows me to do so. The last one I had was a very fancy model with all of the bells and whistles, but that comes at a hefty price. Not only was it expensive, there was so much that could go wrong and that is why I ended up replacing it rather quickly. I came across this one at a really good price and I originally thought I would use it until I found another high end one. I actually like this one better, because it is so simple. It was very easy to install, partly because I already had the T pipe thing in place from my last one. After that, all I needed to do was screw in the sprayer. With my last one, I had to get a handy man to help because it needed to be connected to the hot water, mounted to the toilet, and then the seat replaced on top of it. This isn't a consideration for most people, but it is worth noting that I had to alter my handicapped rails because it took up so much extra space. That was not an issue with this one because it didn't need any additional room. As far as performance goes, it lacks some of the features that I had before like being able to adjust the temperature. I honestly didn't really miss it. If you are in a very cold climate, then maybe this could be an issue for you. I was still able to adjust the water pressure, but it was a much easier process. How hard you squeeze the trigger determines how high the pressure is. With the other one I had to adjust 3 knobs and it was mostly trial and error. I think that it has an added benefit for women in particular. It's really easy to spray off your lady bits whereas most bidets are pointed at the back area only. It is possible to lean forward and get those parts, but it's not sanitary to go back to front. Again this isn't an issue for everyone, but I think that this would be a good option for those who do require some assistance in the bathroom. Regular bidets are meant to be used by the person on the toilet, whereas this is easier for a caregiver to see what they are doing. This would be important for parents assisting a child as well. Great little investment! Was able to attach it to my existing plumbing. Awkward angles made the plumbers tape and wrench tightening super fun! Once all was said and done, I gave it a test drive. I adjusted the flow just right and now I'm clean as a whistle! Great for spraying the tub down after it's been scrubbed, too, or anything being cleaned in the tub. Highly recommend! I would just replace any old/aging plumbing knobs or toilet hardware/tubes before you attempt to install this. You could suddenly have a big problem if something pops off. Follow the instructions provided and you'll have no problems. If you have one, use pliers with a good grip that aren't too thick/massive. And definitely use the plumbers tape! ... show more

The t valve leaks. I added the rubber washer as instructed but it still leaks. UPDATE 2022: They were very nice to reach out & sent me a replacement free of charge. I have not installed it yet. I will add an update once done.

So far, so good. This thing really only has two options: barely spraying and full strength, but I just figured out I can adjust the intensity of the spray by how much I open the valve, which I’m thankful for because fully-open-full-blast was unwieldy. Easy to install. I was working in a tight space and still managed it at 11:30 pm when I was tired. My only complaint is that the clip that hangs on the toilet tank is kinda loosey goosey. I’m sure, eventually, I’ll get around to attaching it to the wall (which would get the hose off the floor). By the way, I bought this sprayer to replace a Zen Bidet (one of those that sits under the toilet seat and has controls off to the side). The Zen Bidet didn’t break; it was just a pain in the you-know-what to clean and simply didn’t work well enough to justify its continued presence in my bathroom. Some friends had a baby and got the handheld sprayer to clean “stuff” off cloth diapers. Soon, they discovered it was also handy for cleaning “stuff” off places nearer to the source. This was very easy to install and it's been working great for 2 WEEKS - Did have to mount handle on the wall with a simple Wooden book rack shelf so it is reachable. I forgot to use the rubber washers but the connection is good and tight and not one drop at all. I am watching for any issue. We are going to install a Bidet soon and will redo then. The unit is very well made and helps tremendously. The handle is just right and squeezable which is extremely important. We wish we bought this years ago. The Flow of the water is soft which they feel helps with its use. We do not have this with full pressure thanks to the adjustment valve allowing for this. One thing that might make this better is the nozzle that offered a signal stream spray as well. ... show more

I have no idea why you'd be looking at this item if you didn't already know about bidets; do a good deed, buy this bidet and educate all your friends when they visit your house and need to use your bathroom. This handheld bidet was super easy to install. I recommend spending a few bucks and using pipe dope (yeah, I know it sounds like something to do with smoking weed; also called pipe thread sealant) on the threads rather than plumber's tape. This handheld version is much more versatile than the ones mounted under the toilet seat. You can use this when you clean the toilet or to rinse out cloth diapers, etc. Since installing this in the Mistress Bathroom (No "Master" in this household!), I don't use either of the other 2 bathrooms in my house, and I hate using public restrooms. ... show more
