When at Costco or during a meat sale, this is the ticket. After suffering with an extra (old) fridge in the garage for years with typical 2/3 fridge, 1/3 freezer space, we finally took the plunge. While I don't care to use this as a fridge, the ability to choose between fridge and freezer on the front panel (and go subzero too) is very slick. Tons of no-nonsense space, I opted for this one over the slightly cheaper / smaller unit as their footprints were very close. Was subzero in a few hours and I now have all the costco bounty in it. This freezer seems great so far, but be warned, the actual product dimensions are closer to 27-28 inches deep and wide as opposed to the 23.5×23.5 that it says in the product dimensions.

    • Very nice, cannot level it completely.
Overall, a very nice unit. Easy setup, but the leveling pegs on the front don't get short enough to properly level the unit from front to back. The rear just has a permanent metal bar that doesn't seem to be adjustable. The freezer is light and easily movable. The min temp is -15c which is strange, but I just leave it and it's working fine. Great storage shelves and door shelves. Holds my half cow! ... show more
