The unpacking experience was satisfactory, particularly considering the frequent reports of damage to deep freezers upon arrival. Fortunately, this particular unit arrived in good condition, with only a minor scratch on the protective coating of the door. The door seal is exceptionally secure, to the extent that I initially had to hold the side of the freezer to prevent it from moving when opening the door before placing groceries inside. Awesomeness!!! My power went out for 48 hours and this thing maintained a 27° temperature. Once the power had been out for a good 10 hours, I took everything that was perishable out of the fridge and put it in the deep freeze as quickly as possible. Literally opening the door and tossing everything as fast as possible, and then slamming it. Temperature with me opening the door and adding all those items in there that we’re not -10° that I have my freezer set at. Once I have the money, I’m going to order another one and use it as a fridge. One thing I do want to clear up right now For everybody reading this review. THE DOOR IS NOT REVERSIBLE. This came as a major disappointment to me because Of where I wanted to put it, but things ended up working out better the way it’s laid out now. I bought the fridge. It would open the right direction as well. I would definitely purchase again and I will. Yeah, has a fast freeze option which I’m not sure exactly what it does but I pressed that when I first got it and I know my freezer got to -10 very quickly. I absolutely love that there is no frost in this whatsoever. It’s just like a regular refrigerator except for really really cold lol I bought it on a lightning deal. I think it was 33% off. Definitely a steal at that price. If I had to, I would buy it at regular price because I do feel like it’s worth it. It checks all the boxes for me and some that I didn’t even know about. So stop and buy it! —I was not paid to write this, and I don’t write reviews very often. Let’s be honest we mostly write reviews when we’re unhappy with things. So I have to be pretty happy with something to write a review and take the time to do it. So remove the other seven freezers you have in your cart and put this one in, Delete the others and buy this lol it really is that easy. I looked at EVERY freezer Amazon has.     • Perfect size for small areas
This freezer was perfect for the area that I had available. Most important to understand that there are six drawers so if you’re not putting anything real long in the freezer being narrow as it is, you’ll be extremely pleased by its performance.

We replaced a freezer and this looks clean and the quality is ok. It’s heavy but slides to clean around it. The size is big enough and the shelves are as described. It cools great after 1 month. It is hard to open sometimes

This freezer seems great so far, but be warned, the actual product dimensions are closer to 27-28 inches deep and wide as opposed to the 23.5×23.5 that it says in the product dimensions.

Even though our first delivery was a disaster and my order was canceled the day it was supposed to be delivered and I had a half a cow coming, I was able to place another order and it arrived in time thankfully!     • Very nice, cannot level it completely.
Overall, a very nice unit. Easy setup, but the leveling pegs on the front don't get short enough to properly level the unit from front to back. The rear just has a permanent metal bar that doesn't seem to be adjustable. The freezer is light and easily movable. The min temp is -15c which is strange, but I just leave it and it's working fine. Great storage shelves and door shelves. Holds my half cow! ... show more
