Description

Double Brushed Polyester Jersey Fabric Ready-set-go with our precut 6" width DBP fabric strips! Super-soft and stretchy double brushed polyester jersey stretch fabric in either 6" strips or one yard pieces (not continuous). Our DBP fabric is buttery soft on both sides and has great stretch making it ideal for baby headbands, baby bummies, hair-bows, leggings, and other clothing! 4-way stretch 95% polyester, 5% spandex 6" or 36" (1 yard) length by approx. 60" width 180gsm Machine wash cold, tumble dry low, cool iron as needed original production run was with wider 71" width bolts, so original pieces will have a bonus amount - enjoy!

The fabric itself is beautiful. I ordered a yard of red and a yard of army green. I planned to make 2 skirts. I was happy at first when I opened the pkg. The colors were beautiful. It took me a while to understand what I was looking at. Instead of the 2 skirt lengths of material I was expecting I had 2 long skinny pieces of cloth. I have never before felt the need to scrutinze the description of a fabric before buying it. I saw "60 inches" for the length so I ordered one yard each of 2 colors. This was deliberate scamming. I never dreamed such a thing could happen on Amazon. I feel like I am going to have be very careful here from now on and I don't like it. ... show more

The fabric is great and has its merits. I bought it to make a nude leotard for my granddaughter's recital as her costume was too sheer in places. The fabric sewed well, but in the end wasn't as solid as I'd hoped.
