I used it to plane a side door to make it close easier. Its work but works very well. Great value for the money. Great craftsmanship. Its very sharp. You have to use a hammer or something to knock the blade down into place and the depth you want. Evenly. Love it.

Great craftsmanship I needed to fix my wooden door and I’ve done all the adjustments I’ve read about and watched videos. The door was off a smidge. Here in Florida over time nothing stays square. Shaved a little bit off the bottom of my door and no more rubbing and squeaking at the bottom.

The plane is simple but seems of good quality. Have not performed full setup and sharpening but these planes are awesome in any shop to quickly clean up edges and square small boards. Only complaint is sole is not flat and needs chisel clean up but for price this is as expected.
