Great product well worth the money I bought two of them you will have to wrap the legs so you don’t bang your toes and your legs on them. I followed one other gentleman idea and I bought the water noodles that you use in the summertime in the pool, but make sure you buy the big ones with the larger hole in the center, the skinny ones from dollar tree are not big enough. They do not work just measure them from top to bottom cut it make a slit in one side and just slip it on if you don’t like the color of it I just left mine is pink, but you could paint them , I’m not sure how the paint would hold on the material it might chip away so I would say just leave it the color it is or you could put contact paper over it if you do not like the colors by doing this, you will save your legs and your toes a lot of banging ... show more

Okay, I really expected this to be partly assembled and just a fold out. NO!!!!! Nothing assembled. I do admit it was easy to assemble, but not quick. The instructions are horrible. Matching part number to item is...well the screws etc, they are NOT labeled, it is count and guess. Then the cross bars. I suggest using a rubber mallet. In the end I got it together, but that middle leg. I have stubbed my toe on it so many times already in 4 days. I suggest getting a water noddle an cutting a slit in it and putting it around the leg. Less damage to the toes. But after it was together, it is very sturdy and stays in place. I can say it is very strong. Two adults sleep on it. Worth the money but just expect to assemble it all. Needed a new bed frame and based on the rating and the cost we decided on this frame. The assembly was very straight forward and I was able to assemble by myself which was a plus. Once assembled the frame is light weight and super simple to move around. Even with the frame being lightweight it is still very sturdy. This frame was easy to set up. Is much easier setting up with two people. Simple directions, took me and my son about thirty to forty minutes from start to clean up. Very sturdy bed frame, with the bed frame legs on the perimeter puts them in a spot where toes are likely to be stubbed. So I took some pipe insulation and zip ties to cover the legs in the middle and foot of the bed. Still can stub your toes but much better with padding and not metal. ... show more

I got this frame right as I was moving into my new apartment. It was a great frame but I've had issues where the frame slides as I am getting into bed. If you have a concrete floor, I highly recommend putting a run underneath so the frame does not slide. I’ve always been so insecure on wooden beds as I never found them very sturdy and they always squeaked. This bed is so sturdy it’s ridiculous. The assembly was so easy and there is so much storage space. I put my mattress right in top and don’t feel the metal. I’m definitely going to buy this type of frame again when I set up another bedroom. The simple bed set up also lets you pick a headboard that suits your style.
