This is a great set for the price. It looks amazing and seems sturdy. Assembling this is tedious but by no means difficult. They do include the tools to assemble but this will go much faster and easier if you have a ratchet screw driver (2 hours to assemble versus 4 hours) The set is shipped in 3 boxes so initially I thought we were missing pieces and realized all boxes were not delivered and then UPS delivered the 3rd box to wrong address the following day, lucky we have great neighbors and they delivered the box to us. It would be great if shipped in separately it was documented that way so purchaser could track the entire order. ... show more

Purchased this to replace a patio set that was 10+ years old. Pros: Arrived quickly and not damaged. Chairs and couch a decent size, a plus that the chairs back recline. Cons: Not the easiest to assemble. Suggest adding some of your own metric tools, such as a battery operated screwdriver with a metric allen wrench and metric wrenches. Set made in China so instructions are pictures only with no explanation on assembly. To aid in assembly I made a set of lines measuring out in MM to identify the different length bolts. I opted to reinforce the underside of the top of ottomans as they will not support someone sitting on them. Plan on lots of time to assemble ... show more

I bought two sets and I am very happy with. Color is great, the grey rattan is beautiful. The cushions could be a little thicker but still comfortable. Easy to assemble. Very comfortable, hopefully it will hold up

    • Poor quality, bad service

The set looked good in the picture and the price was fantastic for the price. However, when the items arrive it had missing screws and damage to 2 side panels. After inspection of all pieces noticed the wicker was already starting to fray. starting Contacted the seller about the issue and they said they would agree to send out replacement parts but base on the quality of the product I wanted to ship it back. We paid an extra $100 to ship it to our home already. The seller wanted us to pay to ship it back which would be about $300. We shouldn't have to since the item arrived was junk. Amazon doesn’t do a to z since they didn't sell it, Buyer be aware and use amex or amazon as seller so no issues. ... show more

It’s a nice sectional, My only complaint about this sectional is the cushions aren’t held down by anything so if it’s windy they’ll fall over or slide down. I bought a cover for it so when rain is in the forecast I cover it, this way the cushions stay put.

I am stuck re the 2 table hinges - part W. They do not collapse so the table top will not close, unless I remove the hinges. Nice set. I envy those who say it is an easy install - not so easy. And a tiny bit more effort in the instructions would be great - like with accurate pics of the size of the various screws/bolts, so you don't have to guess which ones are needed. GREAT price for arm rest chairs and couch. Easy to put together if you follow the directions. Best bang for your buck was the primary 5 star rating. Only negative is the cushions take a bit to dry out when they get wet but I’m hearing all sets have that issue…they’re water resistant NOT waterproof. Comfortable and sturdy in my opinion.
