This furniture is just what we needed. Arrived ahead of time and well packaged. Our deck is rather small so the size is perfect for us. Easily fits full sized adults but maybe not extra-large adults. Well made, sturdy, looks good. Assembly instructions not the greatest but everything was there (even some spares) and went together easily. We like the foot stools that slide under the chairs, easy to use or slide under and out of the way. I cannot comment on how it will stand up to the weather over time as we have only hade them for a relatively short time. ... show more

Once out together this furniture is a good quality and sturdy. However, I’d not recommend if looking for comfortable lounging type furniture. More for petite sized adults or children.

    • Nice chairs (for the price) - not fancy & directions can be misleading.
2 Box's arrived (Box A & Box lB). Opened Box A 1st; found the assembly instructions & the very first thing advises "This furniture comes in 3 boxes - do NOT start assembly until ALL 3 arrive." My Amazon a/c showed the order had been filled & delivery made. I waited 2 days - no addt'l box's. Contacted the seller via Amazon & rec'd a reply the next day advising 2 boxes is all I should get. The box's are flimsy, as in FLIMSY cardboard & some parts punched holes in the box's making me wonder as to the condition of the contents. All parts (& even some spare hardware) were inside. Assembly was not that difficult. Midway thru assembly I got my clamps to help align parts. Without clamps I never would have been able to align the parts for assembly. I also used my hex extension handle - which saved a lot of time & my fingers to boot. The chairs are decent & from the materials used will not last that many years. Our chairs will live indoors in a patio room & not be exposed to the outside elements - which should extend their life somewhat. ... show more

The set is ok. You get what you pay for right. One chair was incredibly lopsided - as you can see I can for my entire hand under the gap. Contacted the seller and got the run around for days. It wasn’t until I threatened to involve Amazon directly when they finally offered to send a new chair. There are some other cosmetic flaws with pieces of wicker but nothing a little glue didn’t fix. We’re still waiting on our replacement chair. Customer service is a disappointment. Update. As of today we received a replacement, however no hardware or instructions were included i again contacted customer service and they said they’d send them out. We received a random backrest. One single backrest. I contacted customer service again and the next message I got was asking what the issue is. Are the unable to read the thread? This whole experience has been a huge disappointment and frustration. ... show more

We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the set was for the price. We weren't sure what to expect, and after reading reviews of how assembly was a bit of a challenge, we weren't sure how long it would take. After a little over 2 hours, we were lounging and enjoying the chairs. The pillows have a nice amount of cushion to them as well.
