Wow, great product. First, I like to say, I do not do car maintenance, and I almost never write reviews. (I'm retired and always like to keep my cars clean and shine.) At the time of using the product on my pick-up (a Black 2022 Ford ranger) was shiny and without impurities. First : I run normal wash. Second: I applied the product in panels (spray and then distributed evenly with a sponge) Third and Finally, with the hose throw a lot of water. The result is immediate... hydrophobic. Now the thing I most liked apart from its hydrophobic faculties, is when it is time to dry. Easy, does not leave water spots and leaves the surface smooth. .note🥴 unfortunately... by mistake I left the bottle semi-open and at one point I lost more than half of the product. I would have given this protectant a 5 stars however when you remove the cap from the bottle and put on the pray nozzle the spray nozzle doesn’t properly screw on almost as if the threads on the screw don’t match up. I’m not sure if this was an error or if everyone has this issue over all though the product works great at adding shine and hydrophobic properties to your vehicles paint. ... show more

In the never ending carousel of car detailing products I've bought, I got both the Gyeon Cure and Wet Coat to try out. I'm copy/pasting this review for the Gyeon Cure product page as well for continuity. Compared to Cure, this is easier to use because it's less wiping after the car is dry and unlike Cure, you won't have to go through several more microfiber towels to get rid of the streaking if it sits too long or you use too much. This product is pretty fool proof. Overall though, the results are fantastic and after using both this and Cure, I can't tell any visual, slickness or hydrophobic differences between the two products so just from a pure ease of application and less time wiping the car, I would get this and then maybe follow up with something like P&S Dream Maker if you want just a bit more gloss. As for longevity, Jeff says it's supposed to last 10-12 weeks but I wash my cars once a month and I can tell after just 4 weeks that the paint is less hydrophobic and for that reason, I would say it probably wouldn't hurt to use this once a month or if you wash less frequently than once per month, just use it after each wash. It's so easy to use, it's kind of a no-brainer. Other details on the vehicle in the pics is that it got full correction and polish done as well as Gtechniq Ceramic coating done and is washed with an initial Gtechniq citrus foam, rinse and then the Gtechniq W3 ceramic wash. ... show more

I had to just give this 4/5 stars. Chemically it worked GREAT! It's rare to have a product that not only does what it says it's going to do but makes you say "WOW!" The hydrophobic effect is immediate. It's easy to use, but take them seriously when they say use a lot of water to rinse it. Rinse it real well. The only negative is that the screw cap on the sprayer is not very high quality. It was obviously cross-thread on; I found the seal under the spray cap wasn't well seated so I pushed it the rest of the way down. It looked straight, the spray head screwed on tight, then half way through doing my car it popped off the bottle and dumped more than half the bottle on my driveway. This stuff is expensive, so that HURT. I basically got one treatment out of the bottle. So I would suggest, especially at this price, a higher quality spray cap. ... show more

I would recommend this to anyone. It's so easy to use. If you don't want to ceramic coat your car, then get this stuff. It is incredibly easy to use and apply. Basically what I found is, when it rains and you have a lot of dirt getting on your car in the city, this makes your car look a lot cleaner than everybody else's. Because most of the water and grime just falls off. Totally worth the money ... show more
