There are a handful of brands on various boxes for near identical colanders of this type. Whether they’re all made in one factory and simply shipped in a bunch of different boxes, I may never know, but this one matches one I bought 5 years ago, which still looks and works like new, after having been beaten around both my home kitchen and a slew of catering events. Hasn’t rusted or discolored, and the handles and foot haven’t threatened to fall off. Placed a plastic bag inside colander to measure, as it appears quite small? Holds 2 quarts water w. barely 1/4" space at top. Couldn't add 1 more cup, much less 2? Nice colander/ design - smaller holes for draining small pasta, seems sturdy enough. However, I paid for a 3 quart colander, as listed.
