  • Works as intended
Color: Silver
I have a GMC sierra 1500 and this works just fine for my tires or anything else I would want to inflate. Out of each front door I can reach both rear tires, and fronts with plenty of extra length if I needed it. It would not be long enough if you had to put air in a connected trailer. You would have to dis connect. Gauge a little off but not by much. Examp want 40psi I would take it up to 45psi. Comes with a carrying bag that has some extra room for storage. ... show more

  • Saved me many times
Color: Silver
I liked the fact that the cables are long. I got am F150 truck and I can do all 4 tires. It does take a little while to fill a flat tire but that is fine since you don't get a flat every day.

  • Fast pump-connecting wires and air hoses takes some effort
Color: Red
Bought this to fill both car and pickup truck tires. It is faster than the tire inflators available at hardware stores for the same price. Pumped a 17" tire from 25 psi to 44 psi in 3 minutes. Pumped a pickup truck tire from 25 to 51 psi in 6 minutes. The pump comes with two power cords. One is hardwired to the pump and ends with a 12 Volt "cigarette lighter" male adapter; it's about 24" inches long (all measurements are estimates). The second cord has the female 12 volt adapter on one end and alligator clamps to attach to the battery on the other; that cord is about 60". Both must be connected to each other to get power to the pump. The air hose hardwired to the pump is about 24" and the pump comes with an extension hose that seems to be about 60". All in all there seems to be enough cords and hoses to be able to get from the battery at the front of a pickup truck to the rear tires in the back. THE PROBLEM: that 12 Volt adapter connection is weak. The connection needs to be tight, and I was required to check it every few minutes and squeeze the connection to make sure it was maintained. Every time I move the pump to fill another tire, I have to go back and reconnect. I'm not thrilled that the only way to attach the pump to electric is by connecting alligator clamps to the car battery. It is advertised as being attachable to a 12 Volt supply, but the instructions say not to do that, and the cord to 12 Volt male adapter isn't long enough to do that anyway. One has to know a little bit about cars to get all the connections right, and the average person probably couldn't. Trying to use this in the dark in a panic would be really tough. I get it that to have a pump rated at 200PSI, we probably can't plug it into the cigarette lighter, but it's still a bummer that we can't do it. The analog gauge on the pump is small, and I must be up close to read the numbers (10, 30, 50, 70, 90 etc. and tiny hash marks for the in-between numbers). The gauge is not backlit either, so make sure to have lighting overhead or a powerful flashlight if you need to pump up a flat tire at night. This pump comes with a bag (the black plastic-fake canvas kind) that fits all the parts if one is careful to arrange everything inside it before zipping. I feel like that bag is going to rip sooner rather than later. The primary advantages over my old pump are a) this pump is at least 4x faster, and b) my old pump is broken and this one isn't. I bought this with a gift card so it also actually cost me nothing except for the opportunity cost to buy something else. If I had to spend my own money, I'd want a pump that was easier to connect and was lit better, but to find that along with the ability to pump truck tires at a reasonable price without many negative reviews is VERY HARD---I really tried. Seems like there is a market niche here, so to all the mechanical engineers listening-c'mon and get to it! ... show more

  • Good value small air compressor
Color: Titanium
For the price the air compressor does quite well. I have a truck camper and am planning on airing down the tires when on rough roads by 5-10 psi. So I have aired down and aired up several times to make sure the air compressor doesn’t fail immediately. The tires are 265R70x17 and to go from 31 psi to 44 took about 2 min; from 47 psi to 55 psi took about 2.5 min. As noted elsewhere, the cigarette plug and adapter to battery clamps is not functional. My cigarette plug melted after airing two tires. Not a big deal if one has the capability to cut those off and wire directly to the battery clamps (or use SAE connectors). Note, the bike tire adapter works really well to air tires down as an added bonus. ... show more

  • Small but powerfull
Color: Silver
I like this pump because it’s powerful, doesn’t make too much noise and is portable. I stopped using gas stations air pumps ever since I bought it !

  • It's good
Color: Red
It dose the job it is meant to. I have three tires that leak air and I'm using it a couple times a week for the last 9 months. It has been solid in performance though a little slow. If I replace it I will go for something a little faster and had an easier gage to read.

  • As advertised.
Color: Silver
The description indicated this unit airs up a full size tire quickly and that is exactly what it did. I installed the plug, aired it up to perfect pressure, and was on my way in about ten minutes. What a relief that was, as compared to being stuck on a low traffic gravel road for hours until someone MIGHT happen along that could help. I consider this to be a great purchase. ... show more
