The wood looks really nice for the price and is sturdy, perfect for my needs. Only issue is that the instructions are a bit lacking, specifically around the small components. The pieces for the glass doors require the little rubber squares to be inserted to protect the glass from the screws. The middle magnet piece also has to be aligned just right and only two holes are pre-drilled, so you must screw it in yourself through the wood. ... show more

The instructions suck. They're only pictures and didn't even reference these small plastic cushion/spacers that I decided were to be used when attaching the hinges to the glass doors. Also one if the glass doors won't close a the way as the hinge binds a bit. I see no way to adjust it. Other than that it's fine. ... show more

As other reviewers have noted, the quality of the wood is pretty decent, but there were some areas that were flawed (pictured). But somehow worse than that, was the assembly/instructions; an absolute nightmare. You really have to know what you're doing, because the instructions skip over major and *important* steps. Secondly, it absolutely will require two people to build this; at one step in particular it is unavoidable. And you may need a drill. In my case, the instructions clearly show the wood needing four holes to install the magnet piece, but only two were pre-drilled. I drilled my own, but be very careful, as the position of this piece is critical to the entire functionality of the product. Kind of like it was important and shouldn't have been missing from the shipped product in the first place! (: Now that it is built, it's not worth my time to deconstruct and mail back. So I guess I'm stuck with it. Pricey piece for all these issues, in my opinion. ... show more

I ordered two of these. The price certainly was right and unlike other reviews, except for only one item, the assembly instruction were quite easy to follow. Unlike other reviews, all the holes were perfectly aligned but if the dowel pin was not screwed in perfectly vertical, there was an "apparent" misalignment that could be easily corrected. The one item poorly defined in the instructions: Those thin square plastic pads MUST be inserted between the glass plate and the hinge metal set screws to eliminate concentrated point stress that could shatter the glass. ... show more

Had it not been for the quality of the wood & glass, I would have given this item a 1 star. The quality of the assembly parts was of very low quality. I should’ve have inspected the parts before assembling, I had started the assembly when it hit me how low quality the parts were. I wish I could return it. The quality of the wood and mirrors was good so I expected the same with the parts which I soon discovered was not the case at all! ... show more

The holes for the door hinges on the right side were a little off, but I was finally able to get that situation fixed. Otherwise, I am very satisfied. The assembled product looks great.
