  • Great water heater
I don’t usually leave feedback on items I buy. I have a 55 gallon barrel of water for our chickens. It keeps it toasty warm when it’s 20 degrees out. Would highly recommend.

  • Finally, a real bucket heater
So I’ve tried several different other bucket heaters. I steered away from this one simply because it cost a little bit more. Huge mistake. This is by far above and beyond quality than the others. It is able to stay on for long periods of time and doesn’t lose it zip.

  • Zero Stars if possible don't buy with your money
Cheap POS that didn't even work out of the box, installed to manufacturer specification and left in tank for an hour and a half and did not even get warm. Light came on as if it was working but the water didn't even change temperature.

  • Excellent and powerful heater - make SURE heater is submerged and the thermometer is placed well.
I use this heater for an unusual purpose - preheating a large lava lamp that is 4 feet tall. The lamp is about 8 gallons, and this 1000W heater take it from 65F to 110F in about 45 min. The heater has NO submersion sensor, so make SURE the heater is underwater before turning on. As well, the heater has NO thermometer so you MUST tuse it with a controller like an InkBird (which are great!) if you want to set it and forget it. After I got things setup well with my lamp, it has worked great, and I recommend it highly. ... show more

  • Time
It's device works as it should. Make sure you turn it on at least 30 min before you need the water warmed. I for recommend it for large waster needs. This water heater was very good quality and I use it often in my camper.

  • Beautiful little rig
Does what I need well enough! 5 gallon took 15 min to b perfect and 20 min to boil. I can work with that. I'd buy another, hopefully I don't dry burn it. 2000 watt would b better but I live off grid and this 1000 watt works better with my allotment of power storage and inverter power.

  • Heats water quick
I used this project to keep water at 160 for scalding chickens, and it worked perfectly!! Each dunk would decrease water temp, but the device brought it back up by the time I was at the next bird so it was perfect! We are in a windy area so gas is not a good option for heating water. Will see how it holds up! ... show more
