Our new fire pit arrived on time and the box was heavy. I unboxed the parts and carried the pieces (multiple trips) to the area where the fire pit is going to stay. The instructions were easy to follow. The box included bolts and a Phillips head screwdriver. Each piece was was labeled with a letter and the instructions showed the letters with the illustrations that went with the written instructions. (reading glasses helpful if one needs them). I was able to assemble by myself and the process took less than an hour ( I didn't track to know an exact time) The paint coating on each piece seems durable. Once it was dark we lit the fire pit and it worked GREAT!!!!! ... show more

Bought this for a pretty good price looks amazing. Sorry I don’t have a picture of it uncovered but however, it does come with this really cool cover. The cover is waterproof weatherproof I live in the north east so it’s currently sitting on my deck with the cover and it’s already snowed like four times. Turns on pretty easy uses a large propane tank so you don’t have to change it out all season. I love this thing. I purchased this fire pit table for my son's patio as a gift at the end of November 2022. He lives in CA, so he didn't use the fire pit much since it rained quite a bit, and the weather is always warm. He may have used it less than a dozen times, and last week, while using it with his newborn daughter, the glass shattered right in front of them. It was a scary situation with the baby nearby. I called Amazon because there was no contact information for the seller to get support, and Amazon's answer was, "There's no information for this manufacturer except that they're in China. I'm sorry, but we can't do anything for you." I was very disappointed with Amazon not knowing who supplies the goods to the consumer when the vendor sells on its website. I'm not trying to get a refund; I only wanted to see if I could get a replacement for the glass. This item is not even a year old, and the protective glass is already defective. BEWARE that your purchase will not be supported if you need help after the allowed return date. Also, keep pets or babies away from the fire pit, as it could injure them, as it almost did our granddaughter. ... show more

Great item for the price. My only issue is the x bar they shipped was all jacked up or incorrect size and wouldn’t fit to stabilize the frame. Not sure what to do but it works great either way.
