I was hesitant to purchase this set with zero reviews to go off of, and at such an affordable price. So glad I did! It took my husband and I only about 30-45 minutes to put together, and it was super easy. All of the hardware came clearly labeled in separate baggies, which kept it so organized. The instructions were easy to follow. The set is so beautiful and exactly what I was wanting. The cushions are okay feeling, I wasn’t expecting them to be super thick, plush, and comfortable. The cushion covers do zip off to wash them, which was a nice surprise, and makes me even happier with my purchase. The set came in 2 separate boxes, but they were easy to manage. Overall, highly recommend if you’re looking for an affordable, beautiful patio chat set. Edit: the cushions are great “starter” cushions, but one of the tie strings did already rip out of the cushions, after having them for less than a week. ... show more

This set was way nicer than I was expecting for the price. It’s a good solid wood and easy to put together. I did it myself in about 45 minutes. The cushions are comfy but I might try make a cover for them that is more colorful. Overall super happy and it came 3 days earlier than expected. Would definitely recommend. My husband is 6’ and 200lbs and he said they are really comfortable for his size. ... show more

We are redoing our backyard and finally got a privacy fence up so I wanted a space to hang out outside and decided on this set. The assembly wasn’t terrible, took me about an hour and a half to two hours to open it and put everything together. My issue with the instructions- it tells you to put the back bar, one arm and then the back rest and seat together before adding the other arm?? It makes it SO hard. It’s easier to get both arms/seat done first and go from there. I really like how the wood fits into the other pieces like a puzzle and not just flat and screw it. It looks really nice and feels high quality (wood wise) the cushions aren’t the best but I expected them to be so so anyway. They still feel just fine though so I’m not worried about it. I definitely think it’s worth the price and I spent a few hours outside on the bench after putting them together. Shipped/delivered pretty fast too! Said it would be here in 2 weeks but only took about 5 days. I did have a few pieces that were scuffed/dented but it’s alright. ... show more

Arrived defective. Armrest cracked and we didn’t see until item was assembled. No customer service or (partial) refund offered by Amazon. We were told by Amazon to take it all apart and put back into box and find a way to bring big boxes to post office to ship in order to get refund. This product came in faster than expected and was very easy to build! The construction is time consuming but still very easy! The parts come labeled which allows for the process to go even smoother! It is a nice set but the table came broken, the pillows were very crushed, so much so that they were deformed and one of them came with mold stains
