Being a metal cabinet I was worried that it would get bent during shipping. However this was packaged VERY WELL. It had styrofoam all around each piece plus it had metal brackets (light brown L-shaped picture) in each of the 4 corners to take any dam6instead of cabinet, as well as 2 white C-shaped brackets (pictured as well) inside the bottom of each side panel to insure no bending. Cabinet instructions were good (just take your time and really pay attention to pics) each item was labeled to make assembly easier. It's all screwed together we'll including the 2 back panels screwing together. Glass doors are heavy duty and well made. All white paint looked great. Shelves are also very well made with extra metal down middle. Can't say enough about this cabinet. Looks amazing in our dining room. I ended up putting one of the white C-shaped throw away piece to good use as I have a baseboard that is 1/2 inch so cabinet at the top had a gap. So I screwed one of the white C-shaped brackets to the wall behind the middle of the cabinet at top for extra support and then screwed long screws through cabinet and into wall studs. It was a little difficult to get the back on and we found ourselves redrilling a lot of the screw holes. They were too small. For the price, really can't be beat and it fits perfectly where we needed more storage. I bought wallpaper to cover the glass.

Fits a lot. Be sure to read instructions all the way BEFORE assembling. You only need a phillips head but automatic phillips will prob shave off at least half hour. Took me 2+ hrs. Instructions say to put door #5 on right, this is incorrect (see my pics with how its supposed to connect). Not a big deal to fix but screwing into metal is exhausting so I wasn’t pleased I had to go undo everything. The too is kind of weird and doesnt fit perfect inside but once its on and everything screwed down it works great. Make sure you screw ALL the way down this cabinet is very precisely made. You dont need the random metal block things at bottom of either glass door OR the corner things (for shipping only). Hope this helps. For my purposes it works great solidly built and glass came pristine. There were a couple MINOR mfg issues (powder coat either wasnt primed completely under or w/e but I could see small cracks in the paint at like the corner and stuff not a big deal to me but might bother other folks. I wish they actually sold the single side cab like in the pic because that would fit the rest of my collection perfectly. ... show more

Overall construction seems solid. Parts fit well with one big exception. Screw holes are in the wrong location for one part. Not misaligned, just completely wrong. I can fix it, but if you don’t have the tools, the cabinet useless. The instructions should be disposed of immediately. They’re worse than useless because they’re ambiguous. Be patient and preplan each move, don’t be afraid to take it apart and put it back together, because once correctly assembled it is a nice piece of furniture. ... show more

First, the positives: The packaging designer gets full marks. The contents could've survived a hurricane. Internal metal corner reinforcements are an inspired touch. Secondly, the cabinet did arrive before Christmas. Just. Not the fault of the seller, but rather the shipper. Negatives: Charging extra for shipping is a duplicitous move, as it makes direct competitor price comparisons more difficult. I understand why they did it; and I don't like it. Everyone charges for shipping - but almost everybody else folds it directly into the price. The metal panels arrived filthy. Note that the packing material and the interior of the outer box was clean. The production factory must be a horror show for my item to arrive looking as it did! The cabinet doors have a spring-loaded hinge pin that is factory installed. One of the pins arrived damaged. I was able to rectify the problem, but it should never have passed quality control. The instructions are inadequate. Several of the steps are performed on the opposite side the default isometric drawing displays detail, which makes the steps somewhat tricky. Installing the back panel is a one man job. A one man job when assisted by a long-suffering wife and a helpful grandson. Finally, and most damning: if these panels are powdercoated to durability, its the sorriest powdercoating job I've ever seen. On several panels, the "powdercoating" arrived scuffed. In one instance, it was completely worn away from one corner. Note that I didn't say chipped. Further, two of the panels - one back panel and one side panel - were both dinged up noticeably. The "powdercoating" didn't separate in the damaged areas. That means, if we're taking the vendor's word that they are powdercoating their product, the damage happened before that stage in the manufacturing process... and nobody caught it. In conclusion, this item is one of the worst representatives of bad quality control I'd ever seen. It's highly doubtful I'd ever - ever - buy from this company again. ... show more
