After using these pans daily for a year, they are worth the money. They are still non-stick, still easy to clean, still look gorgeous. To do our best to keep them nice, we hand-wash, use felt pot separators, don't use metal utensils, and don't put them in the oven. They have a few dings and a couple scrapes, mostly around the rim and around the edge of the base where they sit on the electric heating element, but that's part of life. The scrapes haven't affected their performance, they are still non-stick and still easy to swipe clean - even after a couple days of stuff being dried on. Tl:dr, I love these pans. I wanted to get a set of pots and pans that was dishwasher safe and found these. They’re great! It turns out I don’t often need to put them in the dishwasher because they’re so easy to clean. I’ve never had anything stick to them. There are a few small chips on the very edges of the pots already which is disappointing- I’ve only had them a month or so. They absolutely shouldn’t be stacked for storage, I think this is how they chipped in the first place. The blue color is beautiful, they’re really a joy to cook with. ... show more

I was impresses with the weight. Very sturdy pan. Even the rivets on where the handle is attached is coated. I had a “ok” egg pan that especially scrambled eggs would stick on the uncoated rivets made it a pain to clean. Tried fried egg and scrambled and both slid right out of the green pan. Cooked up a batch of orange shrimp and left it remainder in the pan to cool (sweet & sticky). Most of it wiped out with paper towel. Warm soapy sponge wiped out (not scrubbed a light swipe). I rinsed and put away. It’s amazing. And the pan have a good core, heats evenly. I love cooking in them. Holds heat for quite awhile after turning off the burner. Direction said let cool before cleaning. Was worried thing would be too hard to clean. Put it to the test and easiest pots & pans I’ve ever cleaned. And lastly every time some comes over I direct them to the kitchen to see my new pans. I have a Tuscan kitchen so the Merlot was a nice touch. I never thought I would show off a set of pots and pans. So far so good. I will not let anyone cook on them but me. I’ve never paid this much for pots and pans but I think now was a good investment. I’m going to use them as directed and hope they stay nice as promised. Will update if anything changes. I read some reviews that looked like they cooked on layer after layer of grease. Didn’t look pretty. But I don’t understand why. Cleaning between each use it come out so clean with absolutely no effort. Alli can say is I’m more than pleased. The only bad part of cooking for me is the cleanup and this took that chore down quite a few notches. And so pretty if I wasn’t afraid of someone scratching them with serving utensils, I’d put them on trivit at the table and serve from them - they are so pretty. 1 year in: Warranty will blame you since they reserve the right to blame you. We babied these handwash only low heat usage. They’re falling apart. Month 9 update: Pans developed rust and weird paint discoloration. Reached out to warranty they responded its not on them they consider it our fault. This is inaccurate since we’ve been babying these pans. Luckily we can get a refund thru our credit card. I do NOT recommend these pans they wont last a year unfortunately since they’re very pretty. Month 7 update: They still look good, no increase in chips. They have developed a weird rust looking haze on the bottom. I reached out to the manufacturer and they said is something that happens and we can clean fairly easy. We still haven’t tried the soap baking soda mix they recommended. If it doesn’t work I will update. Other than that nothing significant to report. Month 3 update: They still look great no additional chips but we don’t really use the lids often. We do baby these pots. Their performance is incredible you see immediate changes in temperature as you adjust the stove. We have a gas stove. So far we are very pleased with these pots. My wife loves them. Update: The lids definitely chip the pots. We've been babying these pots and pans, hand washing, no sprays, low heat. Kinda bummed we were hoping the reviews were wrong unfortunately they chip. Took star down So I've been waiting for these to drop in price for $240 you can't find better quality since they're the original brand developing this technology plus the colors. My wife absolutely love them. The quality of the build is obvious, they're heavy and solid. It is very important you understand the restrictions of cleaning, maintaining and usage. The instructions are expecting the user to be "healthy" so certain oils and cooking sprays will damage them. Will update review soon. ... show more

I hate leaving negative reviews, but this one is frustrating. The large saute pan showed up very dented. Worked on getting a replacement to no avail. Only option is to return the entire set, which would work but I've used the pans and immediately threw away the packaging. My fault there. As an Amazon seller myself I figured it would be easy to get a replacement. Reached out to Greenpan and they gave me a phone number to call but it was just some marketing number trying to give me a free old person alert device for if I fall. Very frustrated with the customer service here (or lack there of). I've owned a lot of greenpans and have liked them, but probably switching brands now. Good pans. Terrible customer service. EDIT; Not related to my review, but moments after the review I got an email back finally from Greenpan (about a week after) and they're sending me replacement. Love the pans and glad to know they're replacing the damaged pan. ... show more
