I've had a set of Copper Chef cookware for about 2 years. We've taken really good care of them but everything is sticking to them. Trying to scamble eggs is a nightmare. The copper is also staining and starting to wear off. So, I started to do some research. I would love to have HexClad by Gordon Ramsay but I'd rather keep $900 and only spend about $200. I looked at Granite Stone, Blue Diamond, Rachel Ray, Pioneer Woman, etc. I have a ninja skillet that I use for large stirfry dishes - I love it because things don't stick, but the handle & the lid grip gets really really HOT! I've had a couple stainless steel pots for over 20 years and they are holding up and doing great. Things stick a bit but we're keeping those. Our Copper Chef & Paul Dean cookware pieces are going to Goodwill. The GreenLife cookware set has been PHENOMENAL!! We have a gas stove so sometimes the heat distribution causes things to not cook evenly in a larger skillet or pot. The heat distribution with GreenLife is awesome and I LOVE the soft grips on the handles & lids! I didn't have to worry about burning myself trying to stir things! We rarely have pancakes but when we received the flat skillet - we tried it! We made 4 little pancakes and they all cooked with even heat distribution and turened out amazing! I also like to make fried potatoes. I used the large skillet and I think it was the best batch of fried potatoes I've ever made! The potatoes were slightly browned and crispy - not one of them stuck to the skillet. My husband used one of the pots for his rice & beans - he's in love. Anyway - We've had a great expereience for the last week. Of course, we know that cookware isn't made to last forever, however, I'm looking forward to using these for the next couple of years.! ... show more

This was the first pot and pan set I had bought myself in over 20 years. I was extremely excited to say the least. I purchased all of the matching silicon tools and have been hand-washing from the beginning. Every single one has major chips, scratches, and the rim of all of them has lost their non-stick coating. This was a huge purchase for me, as a single person, and not a lot of extra money. But they are unsafe to cook in, as the metal is now exposed due to the coating being removed. Also, the bottom gets blackened on the cooktop, and nothing will remove it. Not the "pink stuff," not elbow grease, nothing removes the staining. So these beautiful teal blue pots and pans are covered in blackened spots and as a result look cheap, although price point wise they were not, but obviously they were made extremely cheaply. I will be contacting Amazon today to see if I can get some sort of reimbursement as I am outside of the return window. I cannot stress enough, DO NOT BUY THESE. ... show more

Was a gift for sister. She loves them they look very nice. We went from gas to an electric stove so we didn't have to worry about burning up the plastic handles but I would have preferred them to be metal cuz we're probably going to go back to gas and that was the main reason I wasn't going to buy them and the bottoms of them are completely painted so they look really nice when they're hanging up but you have to be very careful not to scratch the paint by putting them on the pan cuz there's no type of metal ring or anything the whole entire bottom is painted so I could see them getting scratched up over time and no longer looking nice hanging up but overall they're great pants she loves them she doesn't even want to use them ... show more

They are delicate you can't use harsh chemicals or any metal and even some hard plastics. However, these pans are very non stick! I bought a 5 quart saute pan about 8 years ago (same company) and it's still doing amazing! Just need to be gentle with them.

I've been using this set for a few months now. Within only a month or so they started scratching and chipping. I wash and cook with them exactly how it tells me to do it. I love the color and they look nice but I can't cook anything properly if they get scratched and whatnot.
