Super easy to clean after making a sheet pan meal or bacon in the oven - no concerns about toxic chemicals like with the old style dark grey nonstick type, and better performance/release than the OXO bronze-colored waffle-textured ceramic nonstick. This has quickly replaced my other sheet pans in frequency of use. The color on the bottom is nice, but I expect it will show scratches over time from sliding in and out of the oven; not a big deal to me though, as it's just decorative on the bottom. ... show more

I like that this cookie sheet is truly non stick. I've had it for about a month, used it at least 10 times already and it doesn't have a single stain and has never stuck or warped. Very solid. Well worth the money. I'll never go back to regular non stick cookie sheets.

They say there is a warranty but don't actually warranty their products. These pans stained and scratched easily. State they are non-toxic however they are toxic since they are so easily scratched.

I do love these pans, but they are a bit fragile. First, once I read some of the FAQs and learned you could clean them with a Magic Eraser sponge, they are much easier to get clean. The food does not stick, but oil does. It says not to use extra virgin olive oil or cooking sprays, so I use Avocado, but even that tends to leave a film. My bigger concern is that they are really, really easily scratched. I only use wooden or silicone utensils and hand wash them, but I still have nicks and scratches. I cannot figure out where they are coming from. According to what I've read, unlike Teflon coated pans, they are still safe to use even if the coating has been scratched. Even if it sounds like I am complaining, I would buy them again. (In fact, I also have the cake pans.) ... show more

I have only had this product a little over a month, I may have used it five times, there is already chipping on the rim, and on the bottom of the pan. I've always hand washed it with a gentle sponge, never place it in the dishwasher. I really thought it was going to be a bit more durable. I do like the size and the sturdiness of the pan, I just wish it would have held up better. I'm already hesitant to cook with it, not sure what materials will be released in the parts that are chipping. ... show more
