Several posts complain about the cushion getting moldy. Duck covers sells a cover that fits this double chaise. I ordered it and had it ready before we ever assembled the lounge. Haven't had a single problem with moisture due to that. So I suggest you pick a cover up if you plan to buy this. The reviews about the cushion not being very soft are accurate. I may end up buying some cushions to sit on top of this one. Initially I wasn't happy about their customer support. Mine arrived without the wheels and thus would slam around as you shifted your weight. The company, however, finally responded to my complaint and sent the wheels. The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a double chaise for my beach house deck. After a lot of searching, I decided to order this one. Came quickly and easy to assemble. Wood is very nice and sturdy. My only complaint is the thickness of pad, which I was prepared for from other reviews. I would have paid a little more if the pad was better, just a suggestion for manufacturer. Fabric seems nice, so happy there. Overall, extremely happy with my purchase. Update: still really love this chair, but hate the cushion. When I ordered the only color available was light green, which wasn't my top choice and has turned out to be extremely difficult to keep clean (it pretty much constantly looks gross so I end up putting blankets over it when we have company). It is definitely NOT water resistant- if it gets rained on it takes a solid 3-4 days to dry out and very quickly got mildewed, so now I have to try to remember to drag it under the porch if there's any chance of rain. I was going to buy a cover for it, but at this point it's pretty much ruined so I don't want to put anymore money into it. I reached out to see if I could order a new cushion and was told no, which is very disappointing since the product is still available, and in more colors. I can't find any other cushions that would work. Even with 2 separate cushions there would be a major gap on the sides. As much as I like it, not worth the investment for such cheap cushions and no options for replacement. I'm honestly leaning towards getting rid of it altogether now. Really enjoying this chair so far. We just set it up yesterday and it was super easy with 2 people. Seems very well made and sturdy. Like others have said, it would be nice if the cushions were a little thicker but I don't think they're uncomfortable. It's already turned into the dog's favorite spot, so obviously worth the money. ... show more
