    • SO WORTH IT!
Since I was a teen, I have had a few vitamin deficiencies. I needed to take iron supplements and was deficient in Vitamin B12. I have always struggled with hormonal acne that seemed to worsen the older I got, I was always fatigued and tired, and my hair started to thin and fall out in chunks. I started taking beef collagen which helped with my acne and skin complexion but didn’t seem to have an effect on my hair loss. I was desperate for SOMETHING to fix my ailments. As I was researching I started to see rave reviews about beef liver. I don’t have the stomach to cook up beef liver (I can barely handle touching raw meat) so seeing beef liver in an easy to ingest capsule seemed more ideal. I’ve been taking it for a month or two and I have seen/felt really great results! My hormonal acne has cleared up (I only get the occasional zit if I don’t wash my face or pillow case), my energy has improved (I used to sleep majority of the day), I have new hair growth and my hair isn’t falling out nearly as much, and even my nails are stronger and not flimsy! Something I was surprised about was that it balanced out my hormones. I track my menstrual cycle and it would come around every 18-20 days or so— I wasn’t aware that wasn’t normal/healthy. After about a month or two of taking the beef liver I finally had a “normal/healthy” period on the 23rd day from my last period (the normal range) and it was even shorter than what I was experiencing before: I went from having an 8 day period to a 6 day period. I take one capsule a day since that’s all my body seems to need. This has also replaced the gross tasting chelated iron I was taking which I am super happy about.     • Absolutely Amazing - Life Changing
I am currently pregnant and was told my my ferritin levels were low, around a 10 when they should be around 30. They offered me iron fusions, but I was already taking in 300% the daily value of iron, and was still being told I was deficient. It didn't seem right. I refused the fusions, to conduct a little more research on my own. I learned that I may not be absorbing the iron I am intaking, because I am lacking in minerals like copper, magnesium, vitamin A, ETC. I started taking these pills and within 1 week I had my energy back, my mood was better, I was able to work out regularly again, my hair started getting thicker, and my teeth got whiter. Most importantly I was having heart palpitations for years, not knowing why. Now I am thinking it was due to anemia. Since taking these pills I have not had 1 palpitation! I feel so amazing. I am 54 years old and this is my main supplement. Being that I am currently in the Perimenopausal stage of my life, these power-packed and nutrient dense Grass-Fed Beef Liver supplements are a godsend! The ONLY reason I did not give a full five stars is because this is the first bottle I've received where one of the capsules must have come apart because when I first opened it, there was brown powder inside and on the cotton at the top. It leaves a smell on my hands when I take them each day and I've never dealt with this in previous shipments. That being said, I am going to reach out to the email address provided by Wholesome Wellness to see what they can do.     • ***** Stopped hair loss and improved mood *****
I'm in my mid fifties and going through the pandemic and other stresses of American life in 2020, I had several issues going on: HAIR LOSS: I was losing tons of hair in the front so everyone could see it. My hair was so thin it was super embarrassing!! I started different types of topical products to help with the hair loss but this worked extremely better and I was surprised at how quickly it worked. HAIR GROWTH: My hair had stopped growing beyond my shoulders, now my hair is much longer in several months!! FINGERNAILS: Grew long quickly and are thick and healthy. DEPRESSION: I've taken anti-depressants since my early 20s, depression runs in my family. These pills helped my mood so much, I was really happily suprised. It is noticable. JOINTS: I'm older and overweight, so joint pains started to occur, while this is not a 100% cure, this has helped. BONE DENSITY: This is suppose to work on increasing your bone density, I hope it does after all the decades of drinking diet Pepsi!! DOSAGE: the most I take is 3 pills per day, and usually I take 2 pills. The prescribed dosage is 4-6/day. I also take multi-vitamins, B12, raw multi-B capsules, Collagen, Biotin, Resveratrol, Hydralauronic Acid. So honestly, I don't know why my reaction was so strong when I started to take these beef liver tablets. Now I'm not going to rebuy all the supplements I've been taking as I believe I'm at the point where it is a waste as I'm taking so much over the limit. ENERGY: Has much increased. Because of my depression, I have always had low energy and low motivation. I know I'd be skeptical of this ad if I were you. I'm not saying everyone will have the excellent benefits I have had. I have been a vegetarian for 5 years, and I still am except for these supplements. So that may also be a large part on why I have had such a response. I was not paid for this review, I did not receive a free bottle of the supps to review this product. It has truly helped me a lot. I have been taking this product for about 4 months and have had great results. It takes a bit of time to build up (or perhaps in my case replenish my deficit). I don't know if this will be as good for you as it is for me, but I truly hope it will be!! Update May 2021 - I tried another brand. at a lower price. For two weeks I have been working 15-18 hour days. I was so exhausted (which is to be expected. ) However, after I turned in my first draft of a project...I knew I needed something better. I reordered this supplement and I started the project over, and was more efficient so I no longer needed to work such long days. I'm a long hauler and I still do not have my taste back, so I eat less. That surely plays a role here in some way. I'm so glad this product is effective for me.
