The chairs fit larger people nicely and the bounce is a fun feature versus sitting stationary. My order made it very quickly from CA to VA, in only a couple days- I was impressed. I did receive the two chairs first and then the loveseat and coffee table the next day. Tracking was only provided on the first delivery (chairs). We received this set and, unfortunately the loveseat was damaged in transit. The company very quickly sent us a new loveseat to replace it, no additional questions asked after I explained the issue. The set is sturdy, comfortable, and looks just like the photos. We're very happy with the quality and the price! These chairs are amazingly comfortable. They have a very luxurious look to them and the cushions are think and made from memory foam. We had a bit of a tough time assembling given the instructions were pictures. One of the armrest holes was not quite centered so it was lots of pulling and pushing to get it aligned. We live in the PNW so I also purchased covers for the chairs. We need lots of protection from the rains. Anyway, if your husband is assembling these and you want to stay married, I recommend you find something else to do while he gets mad at the chairs during the assembly process. Sometimes it’s best to come in at the last second and marvel at their skill in putting things together. Makes them forget about how much they were fighting with the chairs and proves a an aura of good energy to the space. ... show more

We bought this sight unseen, obviously. It took some patience and 2 people to assemble (we bought 2 sets), but they are made very well and went together very well.
