I recently joined my local YMCA so I'm starting to do all kinds of exercises. Classes, running, weights, swimming, etc. I have never been a flexible person so I thought this strap could help me get a nice deep stretch & I was right. I love that it came with a guide & I plan on looking up more stretches as well. It's very well made which is the most important part of course. The loops on both ends are lined which is excellent.
