At first it took us where we wanted to go. The next day it took us on a wild goose chase. Thank goodness we had another gps that finally got us where we wanted to go. We then had a few successful trips with it, . Then yesterday it wouldn't accept the address. Thankfully we had a backup gps.

My husband uses this GPS to travel on his job. He drives trucks and this GPS has good routes for truckers. It also sounds clear and he could hear the directions while driving and don't have to look at the directions.

I HAD a hard time figuring out the basics of the GPS ,the instruction book is no help at all. Still working on the operating system how to change route it wants you to use . Don't give up.
