So good that I bought one for my Mom. It's a great little Air Fryer. Small Profile: It doesn't take over your countertops. Easy to Use: The interface is intuitive with clearly labeled functions. It could be made even easier with a redesign, for example by adding a keypad for entering the time and temp, but it's still pretty darned easy. Easy to Clean: I did some research on air fryers before purchasing one because I wanted to make sure it would be useful in real life. The bucket style design of this air fryer means that any mess from your cooking stays in the bucket. You never have to dig into the device with a toothbrush and a rag to try and extricate little bits and bobs from the innards. Most of the time, in fact, the non-stick bucket comes clean with just a rinse and a drop of soap. But, it's also dishwasher safe for those occasions when you'd rather let a machine do the work. This is huge, because a time saving device is unhelpful if the cleanup is hard. This air fryer is useful in real life. Lightweight: I store mine on top of the fridge. It weighs very little so it's no problem to plunk it on the counter when it's time to cook, and then put it back when it's done. Lots of Modes: It's versatile. You can do a lot more than frozen cheese sticks in this cooker. (Although cheese sticks are yummy.) I highly recommend an air fryer in general, and this one in particular, if you do a lot of cooking for just yourself and maybe one other person. It's so great to cook up some fish and not spend half an hour cleaning out your pans and stove after dinner. It doesn't heat up the whole kitchen, it doesn't waste energy, and your food will be ready before most conventional ovens would even get up to temperature. I highly recommend this air fryer! It’s a great product — I’ve had it for over a year and it still works perfectly at 100%. Very powerful and cooks really well. This gourmia air fryer is a lot better than my old air fryer. It seems to preheat on it's own, haven't played with it long enough to know if that is a constant feature. I like the trivet that holds the product off the floor of the basket making air circulate better. Whole bunch of preset buttons should make it a little easier than just setting a time and temp and hoping for the best. The reason for the four star rating is this seems to be a returned product. Box was very beat with a bunch of tape on the bottom of box where it was bowing out. Opened box, and fryer was upside down and not nestled in the foam inserts.Tape holding the basket in the fryer had been removed. Suprisingly, there seems to be no damage to the unit. Overall, happy with fryer but a little disappointed it seems to be a returned product. ... show more

I was severely behind the times and wanted to get an air fryer. Several people in my life recommended this brand and not was I impressed! It's very easy to use and easy to clean as well. It preheats fairly quickly and cooks food to perfection. The basket is fairly big as well. Highly recommend!
