Since we got a replacement its been awesome. Really nice kids scooter. Easy to use. Kids love it but it is a bit small for my 11 year old. Perfect for my 4 year old son just learning. Seems pretty well made too. I definitely recommend this one for any kid age 4-8 would be great.

My granddaughters enjoyment with this scooter was short-lived. She was able to use it roughly THREE times, before the charging port dislodged. I contacted customer service and spoke with a representative, but still awaiting a follow up after a month. Of course, the warranty is no longer valid. I purchased this scooter for my granddaughter’s birthday that’s coming up soon. It was easy to assemble- only two parts. The Allen wrench is included as well as two extra screws. After charging, I tried it out to make sure it’s working. The platform and wheels light up and after a couple of pushes, the electric motor kicks in.
