I was a little skeptical at first about how well this product would works, but was pleasantly surprised. It's fun to ride and much easier than balancing on a hoverboard. The handlebar control is good and provides responsive maneuverability giving you a feeling of driving a go-kart. It's easy to steer, accelerate and brake giving you full control over the hoverboard. The front wheel is a bit wobbly at high speeds but it's not a major issue. The seat is comfortable and the adjustable frame length allows you to find a comfortable fit for quite grown up and teens too! I ordered this Kart seat attachment (along with a hover board) for my grandson for Xmas....obviously ordered too early since the manufacturer warranty was only for 90 days from date of purchase.....basically expired before he received it. After less than a month of using it, the front wheel on the cart would not turn, due to the inner bearings falling out. No help from GOTRAX so we went a purchased a new wheel ourselves. Not real happy! Just wanted to update my review...did hear from Gotrax customer service and they are wanting to do whatever it takes to make this situation right including sending a new kart. ... show more

I bought three of these for our kids to use with their hoverboards, and they are a total disappointment. We had to shim them up with wood in order for them to even work with the hoverboards that we have and they SPECIFICALLY STATE should fit. Not the truth, btw. The straps continually shear off bc of their cheapness and the fact that this product adds so much weight that the hoverboards drag the ground. We’ve tried and made workarounds, yet the hoverboard batteries are taxed and the straps continue to fail. I’m so disappointed bc I bought these for Christmas, and they’ve been nothing but trouble. This is supposed to be FUN! Now I feel like the worst mom in the world, because what they look like on paper in no way, shape, or form translates to real life. A thousand percent do NOT recommend. I feel robbed. 🤬 UPDATE: they’re not willing to refund through Amazon, only through PayPal! BUYER BEWARE! This product is not only junk, their customer service is TERRIBLE! I’m SO DONE! I recently purchased this hoverboard kart along with hoverboard for my 8 year and 4 year old kids to play with. It has quickly become their favorite outdoor activity since these are arrived. The attachment is a great addition for kids and has exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, ease of assembly and overall enjoyment. Firstly, the build quality of the kart attachment is excellent. The materials seems to be more durable and robust. The straps that secure the attachment to the hoverboard are strong and provide a reliable connection. It gives me peace of mind that my child is safe while having fun with the hoverboard and the kart attachment. The kart seat itself is perfect suited for 8-10 year old range. It provides a comfortable and secure seating position, allowing my kids to have full control over their movements while maintaing stablity. The only minor downside I found is that the kart seat might not be as comfortable for bigger sized kids. But, it fits well within the age range. Overall, the hoverboard kat attachment has exceeded my expectations and worth buying for additional fun experience along with the hoverboard. ... show more

The Wheel bearing on the front wheel broke during the first use. I went and got one from Harbor Freight for $20 and fixed it. You can also find a 6" swivel caster wheel on Amazon. It is an easy fix. The straps broke during the second use. I ordered some replacements from Amazon. After filing a claim with customer service, they refunded me the amount I paid for the product and have shipped me two new straps. I've also attached pictures of what was damaged. One picture is the broken strap, one picture is the wheel with the broken bearing, and the third picture is the bearing assembly in pieces inside of a zipper baggie. Customer service has been great and the wheel is an easy fix. I've updated my review from one star to three stars as an average of (1 star for product dependability) and (5 stars for customer service). ... show more
