I waited patiently for almost 3 weeks for it to arrive. It came from California to Illinois then for some reason went out to Washington state then finally came back to Minneapolis, Illinois and then to Ohio. It went on a scenic trip! Santa finally bought us some cookware. I wanted to get rid of all of our miscellaneous, old scratched cookware and wanted to go with something good looking. I saw all the commercials and went with the Hammered look so I can showcase them. Christmas came and we got rid of all the old stuff. I even build a nice hanging rack with an old slab of pine stock. It looks awesome. The wife is the gentle cooker, I am the brut. But this time she was doing the cooking and later when I washed the pans I noticed tiny scratches and then I looked at the big pot and some deep scratches. Not ANYTHING like they make promises on. They say you can use steel cookware, but I beg to differ if these are already showing signs after one used. I emailed them, so pending the reply on their warranty. Update: Their support $UCK$.. foreigners that do not know their job and beat around the bush and a ticket system that has automatic replies. If you reply you get the same original reply back: Thank you for contacting Granitestone Family Customer Support! I’m sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your cookware. Can you please resend the photos of the damages and warranty registration information? Please accept our sincere apologies, we have searched and are unable to locate the email. Please send photos and information again. Please include the email address you used to purchase/register your cookware. We're happy to assist you with processing a replacement. Got that same email twice and within the same email.,.. they don't or cant read. Dropped to 1 star Update: They are now telling me there is no warranty. See the picture. Now keep in mind they advertise Dishwasher safe and using metal objects to cook with. But the warranty does not cover that? ... show more
