These pans are the best! I have been a calphalon girl for decades so I think that is saying something. I had decided some time ago that I was going to get away from the normal teflon non stick by going ceramic. Took a long time to get there but here we are. What I have experienced is that these pans seriously are nonstick and easy to clean with a sponge. For me I like the way they heat up just a bit slower than the calphalon for more even cooking. They are actually diswasher safe which is new to me because I would have never had done that with my last set of pans. The kids did a couple times and ruined the finish on a couple of my calphalon. These look just as they did when I opened the box for the first time... Beautiful. I have always taken great care of my cookware and will continue with these...and run them thru the dishwasher...BONUS! I also ordered the 14" pan and it is the biggest fry pan I have ever had. LOVE THEM!!! ... show more

I ordered this set because I did not want the chemicals that are typically used in most nonstick cookware. I am happy with these and have cooked a variety of foods. However, it does stick somewhat when frying. However, overall is easy to clean, look great and I have washed by hand and so far still look brand new. I use the utensils it comes with also. Only used a handful of times and noticed the coating was coming off even though I hand washed only. I tried to return and since I used them, they wouldn’t let me. They said I could have two replacements even though every single item was chipped. I bought these in March and it is October and I just received the two replacement pans. Both of them are chipped and the only thing I did was take them out of the package. They are also a different color than what I ordered. Customer service sucks. Don’t buy. ... show more

I don't know if I'd pay the current price of around $140-$150, but I absolutely love these pans. Simple wipe out to clean, even heating, I haven't burned anything in them EVER, and nothing sticks! They are not the cheap $20 Copper Pans that Wal-mart has up front by the registers (though I was able to get one Gotham Steel at Wal-Mart in the pan section on clearance and wish I'd bought more). ... show more
