ordered the product because already knew that i liked it. however, shipping time was way too long, and bottle was shipped in a bag, not a box. squirt top was broken off and a third of the contents spilled into the bag. amazon refund options are too narrow, they do not allow for an unwillingness to put a leaking bottle back into a bag to return it, or they assume i am willing to somehow seal the bottle on my time, when it was improperly packaged to start with. the return process does not allow for pictures to demostrate the problem. the only options are refund or replacement, but both require a return. as it is, they will refund my money after they receive the return, which will be never, so i am left with less product than i paid for, and a mess on top of that. the product is 5 stars for my purposes, but the experience is 0 stars. improper packaging and handling. ... show more
