The clamps all worked as designed so I have no complaints about the quality of the product. My issue is with the design itself. The length of the entire arm is 30 inches, but that includes a fiveish-inch plastic tube that twists with the clamp. The tube limits where I can attach the mount because I need a five-inch clearance to attach it, and if it has to be attached at an angle that isn’t in the direction I want the cord to go, I have to use another five inches to get back where I started. Suddenly 30 inches becomes fewer than 20 inches, which means it isn’t long enough to reach my pillow’s line of sight from anywhere on my headboard that I hook it to. ... show more

This gooseneck phone holder has been amazing! It is so useful when I’m laying in bed and want to watch something on my phone hands-free. I just clip the gooseneck to my nightstand and clip my phone on, and watch away! I love how adjustable it is and how easy it was to setup! I plan to use it for my kindle soon once I get out of this reading slump :) My only regret is not knowing about this sooner! If you’re on the fence about getting one of these, just do it! The media could not be loaded. To be honest, I had my doubts about this product when I saw someone promote it. I thought it might be flimsy and the attachment would not be sturdy enough to stand the test of time but I was very wrong and that's why I am here giving the VIVI MAO Gooseneck Cell Phone Holder, Universal 360 Flexible Phone Stand Lazy Bracket Mount a five star rating. The reason I purchased this was not to have bedside like some use it for but instead I wanted to start using to help me in my content creation efforts which you can see how I use it in the video evaluation for this product. The arm that comes with it is among the most flexible and sturdy that I have seen. Again, you might not think that just by looking at it but I have been amazed at just how great this product operates and see myself using this for many years to come. The mount that attaches to the phone that keeps it in place works excellent but I find that it is sometimes not the easiest to find the sweet spot to hold it in place on my iphone to avoid it accidentally hitting the volume buttons on one side or the lock botton on the other side of the phone because keep in mine that the mount hooks on horizontally, not verticaly. At least when it comes to an iphone. This doesn't make the product any less valueable, I just wanted to point that out and to make everyone aware of when it comes to configuration and placement of your phone on the mount. The best thing I would say which related to the mount/clamp is that it is about as universal as it gets. It will fit virtually any phone or device under a certain size for any brand out there. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a very sturdy and easy to install gooseneck cellphone holder who might be looking to shoot content like myself or keep it bedside to watch videos on their phone while in bed. ... show more

I purchased this so I could record videos using my cell phone. I like that it has an adjustable neck but it is not as stable as I'd like and does not fully support the wieght of the phone. I'm worried that in time it will lose the little stability it has. It works good enough for now but I wil probably upgrade in the near future to something more stable. ... show more

Incredibly sturdy. I was surprised it was able to hold the weight of my phone. And it looks exactly like the pictures. The only thing is the red on the inside looks a little more pink to me, if you are the type to care about that kinda stuff.
