    This unit arrived missing an entire box and amazon.com was unable to assist. They referred me to the unit manufacturer. The manufacturer does not make the installation kit.     We ordered 3 units in September. Two of the units worked great. The third unit has given trouble from the beginning. First, the condensation line leaked inside. Next, after working for a few weeks, it stopped working. A tiny connector inside unit came apart. Now the unit has completely stopped working. Our installer talked with Daikin about replacing unit. Of course, they will not replace so a new compressor has to be ordered for a unit which worked for less than 8 weeks. ... show more
