Bar is great, I love it. The only thing that’s an issue is where you attach the bands to the bar. The attachment is so long and it’s not easy to wind up if you make the resistance harder. I do wish there were some videos that went along with it. YouTube has helped though.

This is a great little at home workout. I didn’t know what I could expect but I am so impressed with this. It comes with a little booklet of lots of exercises and three different strengths.
