I have been using this bar for around a year with no issues. I use free youtube videos (I like califitt) to workout each day for around 10-20 mins and my post partum body has never felt better. Bar is great, I love it. The only thing that’s an issue is where you attach the bands to the bar. The attachment is so long and it’s not easy to wind up if you make the resistance harder. I do wish there were some videos that went along with it. YouTube has helped though.

I got this obviously to get more fit, something I can keep near my desk and use on breaks. I took it out of the box and discovered I was missing one of the footstraps. FYI if you read the manual with all the moves you can do with the equipment, at the bottom right, it says after sales email this email with issues. So I emailed them with a screenshot of my Amazon order to prove my purchase, picture of the box for the set, and a picture of the footstrap and let them know I was missing one of the footstraps and if they could mail me the missing piece. I didn't get a response but within a week's time of emailing them, I had a full new set mailed to me that was a complete set! I'm so impressed with this seller! Definitely recommend! ... show more

I really like this bar to do my stretching and exercises! I don't really like to exercise but with this bar and a u tube video, I am really liking it. My husband loves to stretch with the bar in the morning before he starts the day. Great price and wonderful item. And you can change the resistance bands to make it harder or easier! ... show more
