I bought this game for school, and my students have had a lot of fun with it. The colors don't match perfectly from the spinner to the game, but the kids were able to figure it out and have a lot of fun. Bonus that it does NOT require batteries!

My 4 year old had a blast playing this. We played with him and our 15 year old. We did probably 6 or 7 rounds and even though it’s not a “big people” game it was still fun trying to win! Also, it takes zero batteries. Literally just open it up, place a few stickers and such in the vending machine and read the instructions which are super simple and my four year old was able to play and follow along correctly. The back the of vending machine also opens up for a little storage compartment to keep your “snacks” in when game is not in use. He was getting pretty excited while playing and smacked the button pretty hard a few times and all was well. Game seems to be pretty durable and should withstand some “abuse” during excited play from little hands. Would easily make a good gift and a quick and fun game to keep little ones interactive over the winter months when playing outside might not always be an option. ... show more

This game is indeed fun and easy but it doesn’t keep our attention for too long. The concept is great but the execution isn’t as much as I hoped for. I do like that it doesn’t need batteries, which is a big plus. I feel like the bottom door opens frequently on ours and the snacks can get stuck so sometimes our preschooler gets a bit frustrated. The novelty of the game makes it interesting but I don’t know how long we will end up playing it. ... show more

    • Cute, fun, but the door gets jammed open very easily.
All of my littles love this game. It’s very cute, but like most Goliath games, it breaks very easily. On the first use the door got jammed opened and wouldn’t close again. We managed to continue pushing on it and after several tries if finally closed, but it appears that it will be an ongoing problem. We had similar issues with the springs breaking/not setting properly with Greedy grandpa and picky kitty as well. The candies and chips that go into the machine get jammed pretty easily as well which can cause frustration. An adult or older kid can manage to rattle them out but it can take some doing before it works depending on how it jams. Otherwise, they love fidgeting with it, and it is really cute. For the price it’s worth a go. Kids ages 3-8 all like it so far. ... show more

Gave this to my 4 year old for Christmas and we have played it a few times already. It's a really easy game to learn and also doesn't take long to play either. My biggest issue with it is the pieces get jammed in the machine fairly easily, but is usually able to be remedied. I do with the vending machine was slightly larger though as that would probably correct the issue. Overall, my son loves the game and I love how fast it plays so it's a good game. ... show more

This game is SUPER EASY!!! It was a great game to introduce to the youngest child (5 years old). He loved the candies, spinning the wheel and the monsters popping out. It is easy to teach him how to play. He’s been carrying this around the house non-stop and asking everyone to play since it arrived. Also, I love that it doesn’t have noise or sound effects (minus the monsters popping out). This makes us a great “board game.” ... show more
