This is a must-have shampoo to use right before Elumen color and to wash the color off after the application. It really makes a difference in how well color adheres to the strands. In my experience, it works far superior to the Elumen Lock, which doesn't do much for me except frying my hair. Using this shampoo daily is a whole other story. It doesn't work for me. The pump nozzle was broken off and some shampoo had leaked out. Please do better at packaging this is not the first time this has happened. Giving a 3 because the actual product is fine.. It's an issue with packaging

I use Elumen for years now. First I bought it in Germany and now I try to get it here. This bottle came open not to mention it spilled all around everything else in the package. (the original has a plastic seal around the cap.) The smell and the texture is awful. The bottle, which is supposed to contain 8.4 fl oz, is not even half full. It isn’t sealed, but there is no spillage in the box. It’s just a mostly empty bottle of shampoo that I paid way too much money for, and the fact that I have to return it to get a refund is an insult.
