I searched for the perfect color curtains for months, and the color is exactly as advertised. I didn’t need blackout curtains, but these are surprisingly good at blocking out the light. When the sun is hitting them directly in the morning, there is a slight orangey breakthrough light, but the room is still extremely darkened.
