I had high hopes for this little ride on for my grandson. It looks to have been used when it arrived. The green duster wasn't in the original box but outside (this was packed in 3 nestled boxes from Amazon) The size, weight capacity, and description are not the same as on Amazon. I don't need this to hold 200lbs since it's for my grandson, nor do I need it to be the size it shows in the pictures on the Amazon listing (I thought it seemed a bit big... lol) Despite that I decided to plug it in to charge as I hoped it would work anyway. As you can see in my pictures on the toy itself it shows there are 2 wires to connect but this one only has the red connecting wire, no black. (although it's not mentioned in the instructions). The run time per the listing is 12 hours (also don't need it to run that long, although it would have been nice) per the instructions it's 1.5 hours. That's a lot of misinformation from the start. There's no place to put the hex key included to lock the speed (see pictures) . If it didn't look like the pictures, I'd question if I received the right item. Forever optimistic this thing has been plugged in since yesterday since directions stated 12 hours for charging (WHAT????) Still no luck. It says it has an on / off switch but there isn't one to be found. I'm guessing it's the button on top to push but since there's no mention of where said switch is and the button doesn't turn it on, I have no choice but to believe this product simply doesn't work. Amazon needs to get it together. Between the countless items I've ordered that have come used that should have been new and showing next day delivery only to find out it'll take longer to arrive once you actually go to check out, I'm starting to just believe I can get my items else where. Side note...if you read this far here's a little gem from an auditor... I've returned items to Amazon and noticed they don't always actually refund your returns if you check your refund vs credits to your account. I noticed on a specific item and went back to check others. I don't want to list the amount but it was pretty substantial. Check your refunds guys. Product is made cheap. In bold lettering on box it stated "made in China." I could have gotten this off of Temu for half the price. It's made in china, it probably came from temu . Doesn't go in reverse. Great for a 3 yr old though.

My little ones love this, they drive it all through the house! Very easy to assemble and works really well. Battery life is long, we haven’t had to recharge it yet. Simple look and a fun toy, easy for the little ones too!

I got this for my niece who is 4 years old. The assembly was easy and simple to put together. It's not as big as I thought it would be, but that's good, because it doesn't take up as much space. The steering wheel is really locked in place making the movements smooth. I also like that there is an option to use it without the cleaning parts. Most importantly, there's a storage bin for carrying around either the cleaning products, or toys and other special items. ... show more
