Review: A Terrible Experience This product was a complete disappointment from start to finish. 1. Late Delivery: The go-kart didn’t even arrive on time. 2. Misleading Weight Limit: Online, the weight limit was listed as 220 pounds, but the manual says 120 pounds. 3. Missing Parts: It arrived without a seat—so how is anyone supposed to ride it? 4. Exposed Wires: Without a seat, the wires are fully exposed, making it unsafe and unusable. Customer service through Amazon was no help. Their only solution was for me to ship it back via UPS and wait 7-20 days for a refund. They offered no replacement part, no alternatives, and wouldn’t even provide the seller’s contact information. To make matters worse, when I tried to leave a review, my order mysteriously disappeared from my account. Overall, this was a waste of time, money, and effort, and it left my child disappointed and upset. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this product and seller altogether. ... show more
