    I purchased the GMKtec NUCbox7 PC for my home office workstation. This is my 2nd GMKtec purchase based on my excellent prior PC, the NUCbox3. PROs: 13th gen Intel i5, 32GB memory and 1Tb SSD, Windows 11 Pro. Great performance in a small package. This will fit anywhere (see picture). Comes with a bracket to mount the PC to the back of your monitor, if you like. (Monitor not included). Great port selection and strong video will support up to 3 monitors simultaneously. (HDMI, Displayport and/or USB C). If you use a portable monitor/tablet with USB C it could be a portable workstation. I chose to make a very compact desktop setup. Absolutely NO bloatware!. Basic setup is simple ~ took me 7 minutes (I timed it). You will use your own keyboard, mouse, webcam, etc. (all mine worked fine) Cons: You may need a bios update before you can run Windows Update (I needed an update to include TPM 2.0, required for Win 11). This is not really a problem because GMKtec has OUTSTANDING customer support. Yes, it is an import, but communication was clear, simple and without any confusion. I received the bios update within 12hrs of identifying the need. I applied the bios update and then performed a Win 11 upgrade-in-place to Win 11 Pro 23H2 (latest), with no issues. And as I said, perfect support... better actually than many "big name" brands. Believe me, I have spent hours on phones with tech support for "major" brands, but in this case, a clear and simple eMail exchange was all that was needed. Following setup and updates, I've loaded my go-to apps. MS Office 365, Pandora, Amazon Music, Zoom, etc. and they all fly! I have a Netgear mesh router setup and the NUCbox is connected to my Netgear satellite with a Cat 7 cable. My service is 1GB and I'm getting 500Mbs on the NUCbox7 which is optimal considering it's connected to the satellite router. So WiFi results are about 500Gbs and wired to the primary router results are 900Mbs. Here's a system information snapshot.     The media could not be loaded. This is the 3rd mini-PC that I have ever owned and I have to admit that this is the fastest one in processing speed of all & also the best looking one. The reason I had to try this is due to the i7 processor. My need to buy a mini PC was to live stream and watch YouTube videos along with some light web browsing in my 2nd office room. And this mini-PC sparkles on all the breakthroughs set by me. I have tried other mini-PC in the past but the experience was not good with them due to their super slow speed. I have used it fairly for 7 days and my review is exclusively based on this brief usage with the gadget. I will update my review in the future in case my point of view changes during the long-run usage. My 2 cents below : Pros: - Decent configuration: Intel Core i7-11390H processor with 4 cores & 8 threads. Its operating frequency can go up to 5.0 GHz in burst mode - Intel Iris Xe Graphics G7 96EU is an add-on to calibrate as per your need - PC performance is good enough for the processor and with 16 GB DDR4 RAM. Doesn't slow down the operation drastically while running the latest windows. RAM is expandable to 64GB maximum - High HD video including 4K run so smoothly without any issues. Have tried YouTube, Netflix, Apple TV, and many online free content providers. - PC supports multiple displays (3) with 4K@60Hz output - Has WiFi6 inbuilt and hence up to the latest standards - Mini-PC runs decently fast even when I do multitask. No issue with web browsing either. I have parallelly used multi-tabs without any issue and playing multiple youtube windows together definitely works as well - It has WIFI (both 2.4 and 5ghz) & Bluetooth 5.2. My Keyboard/Mouse connected works flawlessly via Bluetooth - Multiple I/O ports: 4 USB 3.0 ports, 1 Type-C port, 1 Gigabit Ethernet port, 2 HDMI ports, & an audio 3.5mm jack port. This should suffice for most of the needs - The device itself is very light and portable - This is a very good looking device with nice design aesthetics - Comes with a monitor VESA mount & hardware to place it behind the screen - Licensed version 64bit Windows 11 Professional is pre-installed - Comes with 1 TB M.2 SSD already installed in it. SSD is expandable to 2TB maximum - It doesn't overheat. Thanks to the fan beneath it. I kept it on with video playing for 3+ hours and still went good - Comes with an HDMI cable in the box - Manual has detailed directions in it to refer to if needed - The setup process was easy and quick.     This is a very nice mini PC, which will replace a full-size tower PC that I built over 10 years ago on an ATX motherboard with a 4th-gen Core i7 processor. This is quieter, uses less energy, generates less heat, takes up far less space, and is quite a bit faster. I had a minor issue with setup, but GMKtec's customer service (currently in China) was extremely responsive and helpful (almost unbelievably so), and I have been told that they will soon have a customer service branch in California (so they may be even more responsive, if that's even possible). I will be buying a few more GMKtec Mini PCs to replace some more old full-size/ATX PCs. ... show more

    I really liked the small footprint. Original unit was missing the power converter/adapter so it was basically useless. Amazon customer service came to the rescue by sending out another unit promptly. Second unit was complete and is working flawlessly.     Bought this GMKtec NUC unit to replace my aging 5 year old Intel NUC device. What a difference 5 years makes! My Intel NUC was showing it's age and needed replacing. Learned that Intel was getting out of the NUC business so I started shopping for other options. This GMKtec unit was an amazing improvement over my old NUC. Intel 7i processer is really fast and the 1 Tb SSD HD is a big improvement over my old 1 TB drive. Memory at 16gb really made a difference in performance for me. This unit is set up for gaming (which I don't need), but now I can stream videos effortlessly. I use this as my home desktop computer and pack it up in a Hermit Shell travel case when it travel.
