This bottle is of very good quality! It has weight to it but not heavy. It comes with a little metal basket complete with a little handle, that sits directly in the neck of the bottle (great for steeping tea).

This is a great bottle but there’s also room for improvement. Pros and cons listed below. Pros: Nice size tea steeper Small holes so no tea escapes into the water Bottle can be placed upside down for extra steeping and NO leaking upside down or right side up Lightweight but solid Cons: I wish the bottle was larger. 16 ounces is a fine size but if they made a 24 ounce it would even be better. I also wish there was a second cover so that when you finished steeping your tea you could replace the cover with a straw top instead for easy sipping. Cause to keep uncapping it is kind of annoying. Despite the room for improvement I am still giving it 5 stars because it is a great water bottle bottle for avid tea drinkers. ... show more

This little gem is so easy to use and takes up very little space. I bought this one after my last travel tea diffuser broke that I used all the time. My last one had an extra disk so that you could drink the tea on the go without having to remove the leaf holder. What I disliked about this product was the filter for the tea. Not sure if I placed it wrong and maybe the tea I’m using was too loose. But the tea started to leak thru the filter. Honestly it looked really nice and I loved it right away from the box. Yes it does get hot. So please be careful. It’s looks easy to clean, but Maybe get a bottle scrubber to help. As long as you screw the lid on correctly, it doesn’t seem to leak. It is hot to the touch, but it’s just glass so that’s to be expected. It really does a great job with my loose tea. Love this so much!

The silicone gasket falls into the water bottle when the lid is fastened, meaning that [1] the bottle leaks and [2] you have to fish the gasket out of whatever you filled the bottle with. I literally used these twice and then threw them in the trash.
