Quality product overall and the tube is quite soft that I don't have to deal with tangling. You should get the soft tubing like this with a bit of extra money so you don't hate yourself later. I've had lots of pressure washers and I have always hated the hoses on those as they are very stiff. But this one is quite soft and malleable. Installation was easy enough. If you are not strong enough though, you will struggle w/o help. It's not that light to lift and mount on high location. One silly construction is the depth of the unit when installed. Manual says the mount has to be mounted a certain inches away from the wall. What? Then why didn't you make it so already so the customers don't need to put a 2x4 behind it? The reason is when you just mount it on the wall directly, You can't take out the gun w/o scratching it against the wall. I mounted mine on the stucco and I scratch the gun every time I dismount it. I need to put something behind the mounting bracket. It's such a dumb construction. The foam canon bottle is also faulty. It shoots out way too much soap even with the lowest setting. It consumes the whole bottle like no other. You should expect to use the full bottle every time you wash your car. Last problem is whenever you stop shooting water, the compressor turns off. That's fine. When you start shooting water again, the water comes out very soft until the compressor kicks in which takes about a second. It's not a big deal when you are just using water. But if you were using foam cannon, you will waste lots of soap for that 1 second. I'm not sure how difficult it is to modify the timing of the compressor in relation to generating pressurized water on their motherboard but it is also quite a dumb construction as if they have never actually tested the machine in various setting and made tweaks. In summary, Problems: 1. Wall mount has to be backed by a block at least 2-3 inch thick. Otherwise you can't take out the gun from the mount comfortably. 2. Be ready to waste lots of soap. You should dilute the soap in the bottle already if you use concentrated soap. Other than these, the machine works quite well and is convenient. I will keep the machine as the pros outweigh the cons but the cons should be fixed when they update the machine. It's just so dumb and silly that they didn't think it through on such simple matters. ... show more
