I used this cooktop for about 2 weeks before it started malfunctioning. It just freezes on a heat setting and won’t work unless it gets unplugged and plugged back in. The seller is refusing to give me a refund or replacement of any kind. I am out of the return window, but that’s because I bought the cooktop a few months before I started using it, I understand that is my fault, however a company should back their products regardless. Very poor quality, do not buy this product. I’m very upset with the customer service as they did nothing to assist me or even point me In the right direction to fix the issue. They just gave me a number of a parts company and they told me they only sold replacement parts and could not assist me. The media could not be loaded. I loooooove my new induction range because of the multiple heat settings, speed, dual timers, locks, and simplicity of use. It heats up magnetic pans in seconds and the higher heat levels are great for boiling and reducing. Using a light stainless steel pan I can change temperatures instantly.
