    • Fun way to sneak in exercise
On a hike this summer I noticed that I am less steady than I was in the past. I am in my 40s and want to be able to do things forever. I admit I saw this on Insta and the dang ad worked on me. I have had it for about a week and I love it. I keep it in an area I walk by in the house and get on it several times a day. I’m already getting better at using it and it is working muscles that a regular gym workout does not hit. I’m excited to try some harder exercises with this. It’s a great tool for improving balance and stabilization. I have very loose ankles and turn them easily this board is helping me increase the integrity they need. My husband loves it too, jumping on it numerous times throughout the evening.
