Bolts and nuts were not properly packed that these got out of the segmented plastic and was mixed up hard to find the correct parts to be used in the assembly.

This has been put up for about 2 weeks now and my 3 kids (as well as myself) love it. It was easy enough to put together, the instructions aren’t the best but most of it is pretty straight forward. I’m still trying to beat my 10 year old but that has yet to happen!

    • Holes weren't properly aligned.

The main bar had holes drilled laterally and they did not line up at all with the backboard. So the backboard can only be secured by the top holes. Unfortunately this wasn't discovered until putting it together at 12am christmas morning. It wasn't worth thr hassle to take apart and send it back. We plan to zip tie the bottom half of the board and hopefully it will stay this way. The other issue was that if you set it on a wall the screws will go straight into your wall. My entire wall has huge holes from the screws. We have placed something behind them to stop it in the future. Other than these two things it is a really fun purchase. My older kids have used it everyday since Christmas. It folds up nicely so when not in use it doesn't take up so much space. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased an arcade basketball set from Amazon at the end of June, and I am extremely disappointed with its durability. After only two months of use, it has already become unusable due to multiple malfunctions. Firstly, upon arrival, I noticed that the backboard was already broken. This was disheartening as I had high hopes for the product. Nevertheless, I decided to assemble it and give it a try, hoping that the broken backboard wouldn't affect the overall performance. Unfortunately, my hopes were quickly shattered. Just a couple of weeks into using the arcade basketball set, the legs started to show signs of weakness. Eventually, they completely broke, rendering the entire set useless. It is frustrating to have spent my hard-earned money on a product that couldn't even last for a few months. To address these issues, I promptly reached out to the customer service department, hoping for a solution or some form of assistance. However, despite my attempts to contact them, I never received any response. The lack of communication has only added to my frustration and disappointment. Considering the poor quality and lack of support from customer service, I cannot recommend this arcade basketball set to anyone.
