High Quality product. The instruction book is well-written, and it lays out everything step by step, and it tells you how many screws, bolts, etc you need for each step. While it comes with everything you need, I would suggest a pair of pliers or socket wrench, it will make things much easier. I was missing two bolts but I had some in my toolbox, which worked just fine. You will need 4AA batteries for the scoreboard, but the instruction book doesnt tell you this until the very end until it is all put together. I suggest putting the batteries in BEFORE you attach it to the frame, it will make the process much easier. You also get a hand pump to inflate the basketballs. It folds up from the front so it wont take up too much space.. All the metal parts for the frame, are numbered, so it is easy to follow along in the book. Just take your time, and follow step by step, and youll do just fine. Five stars! ... show more

This is a great addition to your family or game room fun. The scoring system makes for some great competition and you can even challenge yourself in the 1 player mode. Assembly was easy using the well written manual.

    • Sturdy item, but missing parts
Happy with the item itself. It's sturdy and nice looking. However the box was missing the 2 nets and the hand pump. When you call the support number a recording comes on, then goes to a busy signal. So you can't get ahold of anyone to replace the missing items!

It has been almost a month since I purchased this item. The screws are all loose so I cannot completely put it together. I don't want to cause any damage. It leans and wobbles. I called the company and was supposed to have new screws sent that fit and it is almost a new year and I still haven't received them. Too much money spent for this problem. This basketball game has been a hit with my family. The height is slightly higher then listed so it pushed up a couple of tiles in the drop ceiling in my basement, but it doesn't affect play. Sensors are accurate and the quality of the netting and play surface is great. Would highly recommend.
