No issues to speak of. Oscilloscope confirmed the sine wave. My 24v pack works great with it. Safety features tested and they work. In general I wish these things were smaller! Needed a basic 24v inverter to test out a 24v system I'm working on. So far this has been a great device. I plugged in a heat gun and was pulling 1100w+ for a good while with no issues. It's very compact and I've had no issues at all since it was installed.

The first unit I received was not taken out of the box for about 8 months. Shortly after I put it in service it went into a overload condition and would not recover. This was their 24v 4000 watt unit and I was only powering a refrigerator using 230 watts. After I sent pics of what the unit was doing they sent me an identical replacement unit. It has worked great for 2 years now. I still have the old unit and having been an electronics technician for over 50 years thought I might try to repair it, but probably won't because the brains of the unit is probably bad and not repairable. Anyway their customer service was great and I will purchase their products again if I need something that fits my needs. ... show more

A week ago, I had the inverter go out in our guest cabin. The problem was I had guests staying. The normal brand I buy wanted 5 days to ship to my address. Also, I did not want to buy a cheap inverter from Harbor freight. The main reason for buying this inverter over my normal reliable electric inverter was the 1 day shipping. Install was very easy. I do like the remote, which I installed so power can be shut off to inverter while the batteries are still charging. The inverter itself has a small form factor and is half the size of my 24v 1500 watt previous unit. It has only 1 fan to cool the device -vs- 2 that my old one had. It seems to run the load without the fan coming on constantly. Although, I have never used this brand before, it appears well built and is handing all the normal electric load the other one would have. So far 2 thumbs đź‘Ť. ... show more

I returned a different brand inverter after being worried about its quality. I know most people want to save money, but if you are like me and you’re looking for quality then this is your inverter. I mean just WOW. It’s much heavier than and solid than almost all of the other brands on the market. It powered up my window AC with no problem at all whereas the last one would choke when the compressor would come on. I give this a raving 5/5! ... show more

Switched out system in motor home, went from 12 volt to 24 , on the 12 volt I had 2000 watt powermax inverter with 4 interstate 6 volt golf cart batteries wired for 12 volt with about 500 watts of solar, it worked but amp loads were high and would not start roof ac and took quite a while to charge battery bank back to full. Rewired batteries to 24 volt rewired solar to 24 volt and added 24 to 12 volt converter for light and fans then installed the Giandel 2000 watt 24 volt inverter and wow it works a lot better , Starts and runs roof ac , it is quieter , and batteries charge back faster. It did get a little hot on the housing after about 15 minutes running 1700 watts but it was 97 degrees in the motor home at the time . So Far I am happy with it , If I was setting it up to run the roof ac I would go bigger like the 4000 watt with a lot more solar and batteries but for microwave, tv , refrigerator this one seems to be perfect size ... show more

This is my second identical unit. Its easy to use, works well and is well made. It pulls more idle current that I anticipated but that can be anticipated in future designs. The remote start/stop is nice. as is the display. It would be great if you could remote the readouts and if there were another way to pull the A.C. power other than the two outlets as I am a little worried about pulling that much wattage from a duplex outlet. It would also be great if you could sync the inverters together to get 240V from the pair. I'd buy a third unit if I needed to. ... show more
