The media could not be loaded. This Gosthorn fishing backpack is perfect for my needs. I use it for day fishing off the bank or on a rowboat freshwater or off dock or bridge saltwater. Has enough room for two plastic gear/tackle boxes and I can fit extra hooks, lures, fishing license, tools, ham, salami and GOBBA Gool sangwhich in it. Also side pocket for 28 oz water and slots to carry 2 fishing rods. It’s small so it barely uses any room in my already crowded car trunk it’s light in weight but sturdy and looks real good. Ordered for my son law for his birthday. Bag is light weight, easy to put on, and take off. He said he loved his recent fishing trip cause he didn’t have to carry anything in his hands. Ordered him 2 trays to go inside for supplies, has lots of room. Can take everything you need in this bag

Great product, affordable, lots of space, yet not too bulky. The only thing is I'm a small figure (tall but lanky), and the straps don't tighten completely for it to sit snug while I'm on the water. The zipper strap feature that allows you to wear it as a backpack and a sling bag is wonderful. I also use the rod holder to carry a spinning rod while I'm fly fishing, but had to add a clip up top to make sure it stays secure. Nice and sturdy though, and I expect to get plenty of use out of it. ... show more

I just received this fishing sling/backpack so I haven’t used it yet, but it’s nice. The only thing missing is a fishing bet holder. I will update the review after I use it. Update: I finally used the bag while fishing. There is not place to hold your net but you can get creative. I added the little black bag on the front to hold some fly fishing supplies. No complaints here.… it’s cute and functional. I’m hoping it holds up over time. It has a lot of storage and pockets. Great little bag and it’s so cute! I love it! ... show more

I've used this a dozen times now and I am very happy with this pack. It is light weight, carries enough gear for a day of fishing. I use the rod holder for a water bottle instead.
